Innen mit milchweißen und kalkgewaschenen Dielen von Porters fertiggestellt. Es sickert die Strandbude von gestern. <br> <br>Beherrschen möglicherweise die besten Ansichten irgendeines Eigentums auf der Strandseite. <br> <br>Während Sie in den beiden Daunensofas sitzen und von der Natur fasziniert sind, wird Ihnen unser Seeadler auf seiner täglichen Jagdreise oder den vorbeischwimmenden Delfinschoten bei seinem täglichen Ritual und bei seinem Besuch den Atem rauben Sie haben sich nicht vom bequemen Sofa aus bewegt. <br> <br>Sie können die Kinder am Strand vom offenen Wohnzimmer aus beobachten, während Sie sich beim Lesen eines wunderbaren langen Mittagessens mit der Familie oder Freunden entspannen. May 2022We really enjoyed our short stay here. From the moment you enter the house, you look directly onto Callala Beach. It’s absolutely beautiful.The sound of the waves lulls you into a relaxed state immediately.We didn’t realise how much we needed this until we arrived.The decor is lovely, white and coastal with two big 3 seater leather lounges. It’s clean and very comfortable.Although you back directly onto the beach, coastal erosion has made it difficult to get onto the sand. Nevermind you’re only 1 house away from the public entry to the beach.I really don’t have anything negative to say about this house, but if I must, then a pod coffee machine and some shampoo would be nice. The security key is a little rusted on so a bit difficult to get key out, and the main bed, whilst very comfortable, is very squeaky - might need a new one.But really, it was perfect and we loved every minute of our stay.Thankyou to our host John.

Practically, the home was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. 10/10 and we would highly recommend a stay here. I have been in the property industry for 26 years and fell in love with this property.

May 2021We had a thoroughly relaxing time with the beach literally on our doorstep. Loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach and never tired of the waves rolling into the shore. Lots of childhood memories of being at the beach!
The house is well appointed and comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with.

Sep 2020We had a lovely relaxing stay. The property is well located with fabulous views from inside and out. Tastefully furnished and very clean (with the exception of the BBQ). The only thing I’d say is that at this price point some body wash in the shower would be nice along with basic staples like seasonings etc in the kitchen.

Aug 2020Walking into the house was a joy. The views are wonderful and the house is beautifully decorated, well set up and clearly loved. We very much enjoyed our stay here watching wild storms for the first few days with sunny strolls along the beach for the balance. John was a pleasure to deal with, managing our enquiries astonishingly quickly and helpfully.

Mar 2021Very good - the only major problem is the big property next door. The last 2 times we have rented this place there have been very large (10+ people) partying very loudly on Friday and Saturday nights. Impossible to sleep.

Mar 2022Truly breathtaking location. The property itself has everything you need, and is close by shops and restaurants, 200m walk to a park for kids as well. Lots of space for the kids to turn around, and swim.

Aug 2020This is the perfect house to enjoy this beautiful region & loved the lighting from arrival.
We visited so many little beaches from Murrays Beach to Point Perpendicular Lighthouse, Honeymoon Bay & Target Beach.
It was just the two of us and we’d love to come back.
Everything is easy
There’s so many thoughtful inclusions throughout the house like binoculars & interesting books & a well set up TV & sound system to watch dvd movies with a great surround sound media set up. I threw a line in as well.
We enjoyed, alot of the time, just sitting in the sun on the grass in front of the beach relaxing & letting time go by. This is the Perfect place to explore this beautiful region.
