Mar 2022We were delighted to spend February in Victoria Park. The neighborhood is beautiful - great for walks and surrounded by good restaurants. Quick drive to the beach. We love everything about the house, especially the lanai and pool with lovely landscaping. Hoping to return!

Nov 2021We stayed for a little over a week for our honeymoon. We had all sorts of plans going into this trip and literally forewent all of them with the exception of a music festival the last few days of the trip. Other than that we lounged in the pool all week. Very clean with everything you would need and an excellent location. Can't wait to come back!

Jul 2019We rental this wonderful house for a week long volleyball tournament in Fort Lauderdale. Although the photo's caught our attention, it did not do justice to just how welcoming and peaceful the home is. With all the Fort Lauderdale has to offer, staying in the home was our favorite part of our trip.
The house is painted in serene colors, having two sitting areas provided us with separate places when needed, but the smaller space was utilized 90% of the time due to the cozy feeling it had.
I cannot say enough about the owner. He made checking in a breeze, stay in touch with me throughout a city wide water emergency, and was quick to answer any questions I may have had.
After getting my baring's, I realized how centrally located the house actually is. Getting beaches, Convention Center, fabulous restaurants was a breeze. Will most definitely rent this home again should I return to Fort Lauderdale.

Aug 2021We miss it! We had the best family vacation from start to finish. As first time renters off of VRBO, we were extremely happy with our experience. Brian was very responsive to any questions we had and even reached out just to check in. The house is bigger than appears in the pictures. The house is very clean and really has everything you need for your stay. This was our first time vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale and we could not be more pleased with the location. It was about an 8 min drive to the beach. The backyard and pool were our favorite part and that's where we spent most of our time. The pool is big and its so beautiful and private back there with all the tropical palms trees. We did use the grill but most of the time we went out for dinner or lunch and had some amazing meals. There's alot of great restaurants nearby. We took a ride to Miami which was just over an hour away, it poured that day but all good. Food stores very close by. I can't say enough other than we really enjoyed ourselves. The airport is only about 15 min away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Brian and Nelson.

Sep 2022We had the best time in this home. We were celebrating my husband's 50th. The location was perfect, the pool area made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis which was one of the high lights of the trip. During the rain, we were able to stay under the patio and relax. Everything you needed for your stay was provided and communication with the owners was instant . Looking forward to the opportunity to be able to stay again.

We have stayed in many different houses in Ft Lauderdale and most are great for families with young children. This is not one of them. We loved it because we were all adults. There are several TVs , bikes, washer and dryer, great gas grill and the owners leave a nice bowl of fruit to welcome you. I will say the bathrooms were nice but there are NO bathtubs thus another reason not to bring children. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax for adults.

May 2019This thoughtfully decorated and super comfortable house has everything you could want in a vacation property. Great location, fabulous amenities, extremely private, and very attentive owners! The pool, hot tube, and lanai offer a tranquil atmosphere and would be worth the stay alone! We spent 90% of our stay here and didn't ever want to leave! Thanks again for helping to make our vacation so enjoyable!

Jul 2019This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint at all. Brian is great to work with and easy to reach. The house is clean, the amenities top notch and we loved walking into a bowl of fruit and ground coffee waiting for us after traveling half a day. We loved relaxing in the house and the beds were so comfortable. We have stayed at many rental houses and this is by far one of our favorite.

Although we love the sights and restaurants of this City, we have to admit we spent most of our time sitting in the pool and hot tub. The furnishings are top notch and the lanai/pool oasis a perfect way to relax. This house is one of a kind, best HomeAway ever!

The house was very well equipped and was the best place we have rented anywhere! Brian was so easy to communicate with and we would without hesitation recommend this property.

Nov 2019The house is a tropical paradise both in front and in the backyard. It was very clean as was the heated pool, which was just updated. The house was fully stocked with pretty much everything you would need.
Centrally located, minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, 15 minutes to the airport, Miami Beach (40 minutes) and we even took a day trip to Key West (3 hour drive).
The pool has great privacy and we enjoyed it everyday, even when it rained.
The house is in the TONY Victoria Park neighborhood and reminds me of a Florida Keys style cottage.
But most of all this is a home not just a house. Well taken care of and not just a rental.

We did have a issue with the pool due to a tropical storm but Brian texted us right away and we were able to let some water out very easily! We will definitely recommend this location and hopefully be back soon!

I could sense the peace and positive energy undoubtedly created by the incredibly gracious and kind owners.
