Sep 2019What a beautifully appointed, quaint, traditional home. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Owner/manager Kim was delightful from start to finish. Beds a little firm but still slept soundly. The ac and heating systems are almost silent. And the location was just perfect. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Oct 2019We had a great stay at this home, very spacious, clean, thankful for all queen sized beds. Host was very accessible if we needed something. We also loved the area. The yard was great for the kids. Fall was a great time to visit and we had wonderful weather. Lots to do in the area!

Jul 2021We fully enjoyed our stay and Kim was easy to work with and even had some wine for our arrival! Nice house, great location. The only negative would be the squeaky beds and quality of the beds were just okay.

May 2021We came to town for a wedding at the Grand Barn in the Mohican national park.Plenty of room for group of 8.Two full baths upstairs and powder room on main level.Upstairs bedrooms consists of one room with 2 beds and 2 rooms with one need each.The only negative experienced as with the needs. I cannot fault the owners for wanting to protect the mattresses with a plastic/vinyl sleeve. However, I think the nights sleep would be better if there was a mattress protector between the plastic and the bottom sheet. It krinkled every time you moved and if you got warm,you would stick to the sheet.On the whole it was a good place to stay.

Jul 2020Very large and nicely laid out house. We enjoyed the space and everything the house had to offer. Close to cute downtown area and delicious ice cream place! Nice little getaway spot! 5 mins from Mohigan adventures. Definitely try Trails End Restaurant! We would book this house again! Thanks Kim!

Jun 2019The owner makes the stay great for us. Easy check in and out. House is clean and ready. Easy to make meals for our group of cyclists in the kitchen. We sit and relax in the dining room or on the porch. Love the addition of the queen beds to replace the bunks. We stay here year and year and will continue to do so!

Oct 2019The host was super responsive and accommodating. The location was great to walk to downtown. There was one noisy neighbor across the street. It was the fair weekend so I'm hoping this was not typical. The house was wonderfully decorated. The only issue inside was that one of the four beds was really noisy any time you moved. The other beds were great.

The downstairs is open and comfortable, and allowed our group to meet and hang out when we weren't at the festival. The bathrooms upstairs were very large, and made getting ready each morning very easy. The beds were comfortable and the entire property was clean. We had a great experience.

Aug 2019I love older homes and this one was gorgeous. Vintage and modern at the same time. Very roomy and stocked with what we needed. Walking distance to great shops. The owner was so nice and accessible. I hope to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Jul 2019House was great! Disappointing stay not related to the house. The river was closed because it was too high and the lake and beach were closed so didn’t get to do the activities we had planned. Nice new fire pit in backyard though.
