Feb 2020When we arrived check in was easy, golf cart toted our luggage to our door step. We tried to order delivery on night 1 and the internet would not connect so that we could order. House phones, tv, iPads never did connect to the internet. We hired a chef for 3 meals- HIGHLY recommend. Our stay was lovely, just wish everything would have worked, but would def stay again with the knowledge going in of what to expect. Once you are on property in the evening, there is no leaving via taxi after 7:00pm, so make sure you have everything you need, or a car! We had mopeds but couldn’t drive to town in pouring down rain. Overall excellent experience.

Nov 2020We thoroughly enjoyed Unit C5. The space was fantastic! The kitchen was better than the pictures made it out. With new appliances, lovely counters and cabinets. It was the best stocked kitchen we have ever come across in a rental. We cooked many wonderful meals and used the big grill on the huge deck twice. Really nice views from the deck. The unit sits back a bit and offers a certain amount of privacy while still affording really amazing views of the sea. We had only 4 on this trip, but this unit would be comfortable for many more. We will definitely go back. ps. Carrie was terrific with info and communications. Alex the onsite assistant was terrific as well. One of the maintenance crew found one of our guest's sunglasses in the work out room and returned them to us by the pool. That along with the front security gate helped us to feel really secure and helped to let us just relax. Even more worth the trip in these crazy times.

Nov 2019We made some mistakes , which led to several trips to the grocery store. Cabs are not cheap. the house was awesome and the staff did what they could to help us rookies out. They booked us a snorkel trip for 8 which was a highlight of our trip.
We learned a lot and would do it again.

The property managers and concierge services were amazing. We were able to organize everything we needed including Covid testing for everyone before we left. We also organized gourmet services and massages. Outstanding! :) We can't wait to go back!

Oct 2022We had an amazing time staying at Costa Del Sol! The house was spacious and comfortable. Resort quality atmosphere, extremely clean, lots of pillows, blankets and beautiful artwork! The private beach was stunning! We enjoyed diving off the dock and lounging in the pool! Scuba gear in the closet and lots of fish under the dock! Highly recommended place to stay!

Nov 2022This property more than met our expectations. Great views, very, very comfortable beds, a patio with stunning sunsets large enough for 50 people. The snorkeling off the beach and pier was fantastic. We will be staying here again and again and again. We have traveled all over Mexico and the Caribbean and this villa has been the best.

Feb 2019This place was wonderful, great views great people very safe, close enough to town for the daily excursion but yet far enough away to get away from all of the cruise ship tourist. The private and secure feeling my family experiences is why we WILL be back. Great host, house cleaner, grounds keeper, ect.... NO complaints

Aug 2018This place was better than we could have hoped for. We only came with 5 people, but wished at least 4 more friends would have been able to join us. The house is huge and sleeps everybody comfortably. The amenities were great, but what we really liked was being able to walk out and snorkel right of the pier, or swim in the pool. Three of us dived several times while we stayed there. The dive company (Dive with Martin) picked us up at the dock each morning. You could not ask for a better way to stay in Cozumel. We will be back again with more friends and family.

Aug 2018This is our second time to stay here and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic each time. The location offers a quiet setting that leaves you with a tranquil feeling, but yet conveniently just close enough to town. The home itself is beautiful and has a very spacious layout that is great for entertaining large families like ours and the game room is a nice touch. Seems that the place has had a few updates to the decor and they were tastefully done. There isn't anything that we could have wanted in the home that wasn't already thought of.
The pool was closed our first stay but fully operational this time and the remodel was beautifully done.
We met some of the other property owners and had very pleasant time visiting with them throughout the day while lounging by the pool. This community really seems like a big family and they were so nice and inviting.
The beach and pool areas were immaculately kept and other common areas were beautifully landscaped and manicured.
The property manager stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we had everything that we needed and left his number in case we needed anything.
We look forward to renting again and spending our time on the island right back here in C5

Oct 2018This is a terrific property. My three dive buddies a n I spread out through the four spacious master bedrooms (each has its own restroom) and shared the big family and dining rooms together. We did our scuba diving through Dith With Martin and were picked up on the dock in front of the house each morning.
Afternoons were spent drinking and relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool or napping in air conditioned comfort.
It’s clear that the owners care about this as their second home because the furniture is in great condition and the home is lacking all the usual wear and tear you might expect in a rental property. It was so nicely finished and maintained that we were compelled to keep it that way for the next guests.
We look forward to returning and will take advantage of the local cook to have a couple dinners prepared at home..
Visitors will not regret booking this home.

Jan 2020This is a nice spacious house in a great area near the water. Our family of 6 adults and 2 grandkids had plenty of room to spread out and it was nice to be able to walk down to the pier and snorkel from there. The pool table and the upper deck were nice amenities. The large dining room table allowed room for dining as well as space for many jigsaw puzzles. The kitchen was spacious and workable for multiple folks as we prepared meals.

Dec 2019This is a beautiful house in a beautiful property. The house is well maintained and came with little extras (such as little bottles of shampoo, soaps, etc) which you normally don't find in other rental properties. The owner is extremely attentive to any issues or concerns that may arise.

Mar 2019This home is everything you could want. it is well maintained the staff is friendly and helpful. They met us at our parking spot with a golf cart and had our luggage in the house before we could walk there. The attendant at the security gate always had a smile.

Problems were the beds were not comfortable, the TV in the Living room was difficult to use, and construction next door had us up at 7:30 am. Property manager was not helpful to get a Covid test to get back on the plane. Found more info from the pool guests.

Mar 2022The house was great and Alex was so helpful! The only thing I would say is- the grill only has one knob that works and only works on high. So we had to give away the meat we bought since we couldn’t grill!Everything else was amazing! Such a beautiful place

Aug 2019The Costa del Sol development is a great place. As divers it is perfect with a dock out front where the dive boats pick you up and you are minutes from all the great diving Cozumel has to offer.
This house was perfect for our needs. We had three couples as well as 4 young kids. The upstairs has been converted to a game room with two Murphy beds and a couch which was perfect for our three grand kids ages 6, 7 & 8. Off this very large room is a huge deck with lounge chairs, a covered seating area and a built in BBQ and sink. This is where you sit to take in the beautiful ocean view.
The downstairs had two rooms with king beds and one with 2 queens. The queen room was great for the couple that had a 3 year old. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom as well as the upstairs game room.
The house is very nice with a good size kitchen, large refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a huge table that seats 10-12 people comfortably. This house is just steps from the beautiful shared pool and lovely sand beach.
We texted the manager with a few small issues that came up and they we fixed that same day. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat.

May 2019Rented this for our kids and grandkids. Stayed a little off season and had the place practically to ourselves which was so lovely. The condo was clean and the staff was very attentive. People bent over backwards to help us with whatever we needed. The only issue I had is that the master bedroom bed was the creakiest bed I have ever been on! Would stay here again it was great.

Nov 2018Overall, our experience was great. Carrie shared a lot of information on the home ahead of time and Alex was helpful when we reached out before our trip as well. The house was easy to find and once we arrived, the staff on-site was very helpful and friendly, especially Eduardo.
The house itself was great - clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning.
The rooftop patio was perfect for breakfast and watching the sunset. We used the BBQ one night, the other nights we either ordered food in or went out to dinner.
The beach was great for hanging out at - not really an area you can swim, but it was so windy while we were there, we didn't mind not being able to swim. Hot tub and pool were always clean!
We will absolutely be back - a perfect place to stay with a big group or family. Quiet and safe.
