Apr 2018What an amazing stay we had at this property. We have been going down for years previously to Coachella and this has by far been the most beautiful location we've stayed at. The house is extremely spacious and clean. Photos don't do it justice, and the pool is a perfect size. We had 6 people staying in the home and each had plenty of room. It's about a 7-10 minute drive to the festival entrance which was very convenient and about 40 into Palm Springs.
Whenever we had a question or needed help (ex. heating of pool) one of the property managers would be there within minutes to support us in fixing it. The neighbourhood is a quiet, peaceful area and is so relaxing to come home to after a long day. House as all the supplies you would need- cleaning products, plastic plates and cutlery, games to entertain the family, pool toys, etc. Honestly, amazing for all different types of renters.

Aug 2017What a fantastic holiday home this is. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, right down to the basics such as food bags, drinking straws, etc. The entire house is beautifully decorated and furnished, and was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. There were clear instructions on how to access TV, wifi, air conditioning, garage door, etc and instructional labels to help us to look after the property as the owners required. Accessing the property was simple with a personalised code that we could all remember. The pool was a very welcomed break from the heat of the day and was well maintained and cleaned regularly. The pool floats available made it even better and meant we didnt have to go shopping for such things. The location of the home is wonderful with fabulous views of the mountains just outside as well as being quiet and peaceful. There is a Walmart nearby which fulfilled all our grocery needs, and a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. We found our stay here to be very relaxing - a real home away from home- and will definitely stay here again should we venture across to California from England in the future. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Mar 2022We throughly enjoyed our stay at this great property in La Quinta! We were there to see the tennis at Indian wells but found so much else to do as well. The house is very well equipped and the management is very responsive and easy to contact.I highly recommend this property for families or friends. We did not use the pool but it looked awesome!

Feb 2019We stayed at the home December 29 2018 January 5, 2019. This home was perfect! My first impression was how unbelievably clean it was. We are a very picky family in terms of cleanliness and this house gave us zero reason to complain. It was immaculate! It was also so well stocked with any of the incidentals that we needed. We literally just needed to purchase groceries and nothing more. The house was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was also fantastic, and the view breathtaking. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The kitchen is big and has everything you need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The home is right across the street from the walking path that hugs the mountain range. It was great to simply walk out your door and take a long nature walk with the family. Loved having a bathroom adjacent the pool with plentiful towels and a two car garage! Just minutes away from downtown where there are many great restaurants. Would definitely return to this lovely home.

Jul 2022We do a yearly family vacation to Palm Springs to enjoy relaxing and lounging by the pool. We rented this house due to the beautiful view of the mountains and the private pool. While the view of the mountains was beautiful, the pool was anything but. Our first day in the pool my husband said the pool looked green, I told him I think it just looks that way because of the color of the bottom of the pool. While swimming I noticed small black specs around the edge of the pool, which I thought was just dirt and debris that blew in as it had been windy. The next morning my husband and kids jumped in the pool. My husband called me out to look at something. All of the black specs I thought was debris was actual water bugs that were alive and swimming around in the pool. My kids panicked and got out of the pool. Looking closer you could see that all of the walls of the pool were covered in these bugs. These bugs were all attached to the side of the pool eating the green algae that you could see covering the sides of the pool as well. We were completely disgusted and we worried about what other types of organisms could be growing in the pool. When I contacted the rental company I was told Welcome to summer time in the desert. I explained that we come out every year and have never encountered a pool in the condition this one was. Told her I wanted a day refunded as we left a day early since all we could do was sit in the Air condition house as it was 106. We were not going swimming as we were concerned about health and safety with the pool. She just told me good luck you aren’t getting refunded. Never again will I book any property maintained by itrip vacations. I’ll stick to resorts like we usually do as I know and trust the quality we get in our stays there. So disappointed and disgusted.

Dec 2019We couldn't have been more satisfied with the location and the mountain view. We come out here twice a year and always stay in the cove. It was so nice to just step out side of the house and across the street is the hiking trails.

Mar 2020This was such a wonderful home for many reasons: location ( the perfect jogging path directly across the street or biking, walking, exercising your dog ). It faced a gorgeous mountain & wound around giving view of attractive homes, plantings, birds, etc. The pool was perfect for my husband who was recuperating from knee surgery & used it for walking. Inside it was so well organized with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were a delight. I was totally in awe of the great hot water available in the showers. That is really rare. Shopping was close & convenient. My contract Rozet was immediately responsive which reassured me with every question I had. I would highly recommend this home.

Feb 2022The location is perfect if you enjoy cycling, hiking and walking your dog. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The pool was enjoyed by all and the mountain view was spectacular. A fabulous time was had by all and we highly recommend this property.

Jul 2019The house was very clean and had everything we needed just like we were home. The pool was amazing! The Mountain View’s are spectacular. Check in was easy and quick. The entire process was quick and easy. There are even access to walking trails across the street. The customer service was excellent! I would definitely stay again.

The paved trail was right out the door and 3 miles down the trail was great mountain biking trails. The town of la Quinta had great restaurants a bike shop as well as other shops

Jul 2019The house was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood near hiking trails. I think we really enjoyed the pool the most. It was a relaxing spot for us. I love give the house and location five plus stars. Excellent customer service and clear communication with host.

The house could’ve used some extra toiletries (not enough toilet paper or paper towels).

Apr 2017Really wonderful hideaway that's far larger than the photos suggest.
We loved the pool's placement right next to the mountain, the ease of access to Indio for Coachella (it's about a 15 minute Uber ride), and the open and sunny feel of the house.
In addition, because the pool is flanked by the house on one side and an empty lot on the other, we felt comfortable having music playing outside. Also, the kitchen had a great set of supplies for cooking, and the grill came into use for no fewer than two meals per day.
