Oct 2019What a lovely villa to stay in. It was literally a home from home!! Lovely and clean and well maintained with a homely feel to it. Well stocked kitchen and lovely pool area. Great bedroom sizes and plenty of towels for everyone. Would love to visit again. Thx for having us.

Jun 2021We would definitely rent this home again when we come back down. The house and pool were perfect for our family. We couldn't get ahold of the property manager while we were there when we needed them but the owner was on top of it! We messaged the owner and he got back to us quickly and was very nice! Can't wait to go back down and stay here again

May 2019We have stayed in Orlando a number of times and this was our favourite villa that we’ve stayed in. It has everything that you need and is very close to all the parks and shops. Would definitely use again.

Jan 2021This place had just what we wanted and we were able to all be comfortable without being on top of each other. We did have to fix the pool sticks in order to play and we bought a basketball to play on the court (which we left for future guests!) and we were unable to watch Netflix due to some complications that didn't get resolved but it turned out to be a good thing anyway! We did get a quick response from the owner when questions and concerns arised. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!

Sep 2019The property is great. Location is wonderful and has everything that a medium to large group could need for a stay in Kissimmee. The best part of our booking though was how helpful and accommodating the owner was. We had our travel plans changed because of a hurricane and Coen went above and beyond to alter our dates in the villa. On one occasion when I asked about having the pool cleaned he had the pool guy booked to come out the same day. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding customer service.

Pool area has sun (morning-early afternoon) and shady spots. Basketball and tennis courts right out the back door. We enjoyed this property and would recommend it.

Feb 2021One bedroom tv was missing roku but management came within 24 hrs to try n resolve. A/c lowest temp is 72, but if you contact owner he did turn it lower for us. There was only 1 beach towel for pool and maybe 6 or 8 regular towels n few fave cloths for large family need more linens. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

Jul 2019Lovely spacious and well equipped villa. Teenage son appreciated the fast Wi-fi and the pool table ! Very easy to find and close to all the theme parks, with shops nearby if you wanted to eat at home. Thank you, we had a lovely time !

Jun 2022I strongly recommend staying here. Our vacation was a great success. The property met our every need. It was extremely clean and spacious. The house is only minutes away from Disney World and we didn’t have to deal with the park traffic which allowed more time at the park.
