Aug 2018We were very sad to leave not just Clifton beach but this property. We had some relatives out from the UK and we wanted to get away from the Melbourne cold and take them to sunny Clifton Beach. This house has it all, firstly great view to the beach , perfectly zoned areas for both families, the kids loved the pool, the open plan of the property is really something to be admired. We felt like we had never left home , only the weather was better than home! We had a minor problem with the gas,I rang Paul and the professional approach and response to sending someone out to the property to rectify it was outstanding. My dealings with Paul before and after was like dealing with a mate. We intend to return hopefully soon and we would not hesitate to get in touch with Paul again.
Paul thanks for accommodating us and the flexibility on our last day which we greatly appreciate.

Apr 2019We spent a great week here with 5 adults and 2 small children. The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet but convenient area with views of the beach that is just a short stroll away. The BBQ and pool area also has everything you need and certainly got a work out while we were there.
Paul the owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home

The location was great, approx a 35min walk up the beach to enjoy a few cocktails at Palm Cove. Paul was easy to communicate with and got back to me about information very quickly.

Jun 2022We had such a fabulous family holiday at Seaclusion. With 6 adults and a 4m/o, it was the perfect place for our family's dynamic. No one felt as if they were on top of each other. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (most were ensuites), there were no neighbouring bedroom walls and we could all come together in the kitchen upstairs, pool area out the back, or local restaurant options (by car). Palm Cove is a nice 45 minute walk along the beach and Clifton Beach Shops around 24 minutes walk. The bus stop to Cairns is a 5minute walk. The open plan kitchen windows that look out to the beach open right up and ceiling fans would allow for a beautiful open space and airflow during the warmer months (it was a lovely 26 degrees during the day for us)The renovations that have been completed since the images were taken were beautiful and modern. Paul was a wonderful host as well – he even dropped us at the local shopping plaza to get some essentials when we arrived.We would happily stay here again and we're already talking about making it a regular family vacay destination.

Jul 2018We had a wonderful week at this beautiful, airy, well equipped house. As we entered the foyer and went up the stairs all that could be heard was “ wow”! The upstairs living areas are open to ocean views with plenty of seating. We enjoyed coffee on the veranda watching the sun rise over the ocean and in the evenings the outdoor kitchen with grill, dishwasher and microwave. The house is beautifully landscaped with a water garden out front and attractive pool outback. We found this house perfectly located for trips to Cairns for boat trips to snorkel the Great Barrier Reef and Port Douglas and the Daintree rain forest. The beach is only steps away and Palm Cove, with many restaurants and shops, is walkable or just a quick drive down the road. There is a restaurant just around the corner for drinks and good food. Paul was very easy to work with and he quickly answered any questions we had about the property. In closing, this house is beautiful, has a well equipped kitchen and made our stay in Clifton Beach a wonderful one!

Oct 2020We had a absolutely awesome time at this property right from organising the trip through to enjoying all of the facilities including especially the pool, outdoor entertainment area and snooker table. Couldn’t thank Paul enough for his level of communication on any of our queries, we can’t wait to return.

The property manager was so easy to work with and accommodated all my requests. If you are looking for a beach house in FNQ you can’t go wrong with this one.

Apr 2019We came up to visit family with the kids and we were not disappointed. The house is enormous and has a great living area to entertain guests or watch a movie or two. The beach was a stones thro and the area is nice and quiet this time of year. Our youngest spent most of his time in the pool or enjoying the spa in the ensuite. The house is close to everything including Palm Cove but the three fridges in the house provide an opportunity to be self sufficient, with a Coles only up on the highway. We had a lovely stay - many thanks to Paul

Jun 2022Very clean and spacious house, has all amenities and having tonnes of living space to seperate the kids from the parents was a bonus. Perfect location where you clearly see and hear the beach, having 2 street entrances was a bonus plus lovely neighbourhood. Will definitely stay again.

Sep 2022This is a lovely home well suited for a large family. The only bad thing i will report is the two main bedrooms are located below where the neighbours park their cars. Every morning at 5.50 the pair start there diesel utes leave them warm up and leave for work. Ps i am sorry for the damage to the bedroom wall this was my youngest grandson room. Please except my apology.

Paul the owner has been very attentive and nothing was to much trouble for him.

Apr 2021The property was clean, amazing set up of the house, Clifton beach itself is a beautiful spot, meet the owner when we arrived, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there again, was perfect for our family of 4 with teenage boys, especially with the pool and pool table.

Sep 2022The property is in a great location, beach and 20 mins walk to palm cove. The house is very spacious never felt crowded. Love the fact that each bedroom had their own ensuite. The pool is heated. Love the louvre on the windows nice sea breeze at all times. Very clean. Highly recommended. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool was user friendly and you had the choice if you wanted sun or shade. Lovely views of the water from the kitchen/dining area and master bedroom. In the evening you can hear the waves, and only a short walk to the beach. Paul was truly a super host as he could not have been more accommodating to our needs, we are truly thank full to him for making our stay perfect.

Brilliant communication with Paul who was more than willing to sort out our dates mix up and was willing to advise us on trips, restaurants and cafes etc. Any problems were addressed immediately by Paul.The house was awesome. Photos don’t do it justice. The view was the best. Looking at the ocean while cooking in the kitchen or eating at the dining table. We tended to live in the pool area, which included everything one would need.Beautiful gardens and pond area. Short walk to beach. Secure parking.Could not ask for anything better. It would be hard to beat anywhere in Queensland.Clifton Beach is a brilliant location. Was looking a Palm Cove first, but so glad to change the location.
