Mar 2022We loved our six days in the Villa Blanca Tortuga. It's in a great and safe neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants, the university, and 4th Avenue. It's a cozy little nest full of interesting art and the most comfy king size bed I've even slept in!

May 2019We highly recommend staying at Erica’s place! It’s in such a convenient neighborhood central to everything and it’s just beautiful! The details, the care, the sweet notes she left for us...all so wonderful. She also gives the best advice for travel and food in Tucson. We will be back for sure!

Aug 2020Very nice location and the property manager was extremely welcoming! Made our little pooch feel right at home even when we weren’t “home”. With a large dog bed and a special toy for boo (my dogs name) she felt more welcomed than ever. Both dog bowls were clean and the ambience was very pleasant! Definitely recommend here if you’re looking for a quite space.

Mar 2020Very clean and and nicely decorated you can tell the owner takes pride in the way the house is taken care of. The bed was comfy and the TV had most cable channels. Very comfortable place to stay a few days. We were close to the university and the neighborhood was really nice. We even had a coyote stroll by( we were in our car)

Aug 2021This was a great location, close to campus and local stores. We stayed here while we moved our daughter into an apartment. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and the ac units kept it very comfortable. We will stay here again for sure.

Located very close to the university as well as restaurants and shopping, this was perfect for my needs. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and bath have all of the necessary amenities. Erica is an exceptional host - kind, easy to reach, full of ideas, and eager to help out in any way. I highly recommend!

Located in a beautiful residential area two blocks from University of Arizona with everything to see and do in/near Tucson readily accessible. Erica is the best host I have ever had with VRBO; warm, generous and responsive! When my wife and I return to Tucson, her property is the first we will check.

personable and excellent. Location excellent walkability. An older person should be aware all steps do not have banister. I am 72 and had no problem. A friend of mine struggled with stairs.

Nov 2022The unit was comfortable, welcoming, and lovingly decorated with Southwestern art. We enjoyed having breakfast on the cute sun porch. Erika was friendly, extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about things to do in Tucson. The only issue we had, as seniors, was maneuvering the stairs going up to the unit. We would consider a downstairs unit in the future.

Aug 2019Such a nice house, out of a fairy tale. I didn't want to go back to my house. Everything you may need is there, full kitchen, different sets of glasses and china. tons of towels, etc, etc, etc, really like that terrace and walk-in closet in the bedroom. the decor of the place is very nice, just like in the pics or nicer. Dealing with the host was great and the neighborhood is very nice, I'd love to stay there again.

Close to U of A in the Historic neighborhood of Sam Hughes. Air conditioning is quiet and works well. Erica was accommodating , professional and helpful. We will be back!

Mar 2020My only suggestion is to add better lighting for evening book reading time...it is too dark to read well...and the uncomfortable couch did not help.
