Jul 2020We stayed for a few nights and the property wildly exceeded our expectations! The owner was not kidding when he said it was spacious. We had four adults, two children, and two dogs stay and there was enough room for the kids and dogs to enjoy themselves. There is a pool that was very nice and semi private that we enjoyed too. The tub in the master was very beautiful. We were so sad on check out day!

Jul 2014We spent just 3 nights here. It had everything we needed for our stay. Being close to the beach was perfect, and being able to park our vehicle in the garage was also an added bonus! Everything was very easy to get to from here. The pool did look a little dirty, so we did not use it. There are a lot of stairs and all tile floors (slick), so would not recommend for anyone with small children or the elderly. The upstairs was warm and we could not get the wall a/c unit to turn on, but we did not notify anyone, as we were able to make do with the fan from the downstairs. Laundry in property was great, was able to leave there with pretty much all clean clothes! Would stay here again.

May 2018We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our 2 adults and 3 teens. So happy with this lovely condo that allowed our small dog to vacation with us. Condo is clean, had kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware and a blender. Dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, nice sized pool and a grill! Beach was a short five minute walk and owners provide a wagon.

Sep 2018Very clean and large home. It is also about a 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing we had problems with was the toilets would get clogged very easily, they don’t run very well. Also the room on the second floor gets very hot but there was a fan we were able to put in the room so not a big deal. Also something to note is there are a lot of stairs and the type of floor is where you can slip easily, elderly would have trouble here or someone with health conditions that have trouble with stairs might have trouble but overall had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

The property met my expectations in that I wanted a short walk to the beach, a place that would have a lot of room and not feel cramped and a responsive property owner. The property owner, Roberto, was responsive, kind and professional. I would recommend renting this property.

Jul 2015This was a wonderful condo. This home is clean and well maintained. Kitchen was great for cooking meals at home. Roberto was so nice and only a phone call away if we had any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor grill, made cooking meals easy. We could watch the fireworks from the balcony. The beach was an easy 5 min walk . It was a wonderful vacation in a great place.

Aug 2019This place is nice. We had six people sleep comfortably. My only concern that I would share with anyone looking at this property is the number of stairs. You will be getting your workout. The stairs from the street have anti-slip strips, the ones up the main bedroom do not so be sure your feet are dry. The property manager was attentive. Be sure to use the outside shower to knock off any sand...it gets everywhere!

Jun 2021the owner is super easy to reach if needed. Beach is like a block away short walk not much traffic. pool is awesome. house is very spacious. I'll be back and would highly recommend this or any of his properties that fit your situation better.

Mar 2018The condo is beautiful. Has everything you need, very spacious, pool area is a great plus and bbq pit is amazing. The owner is a great person very hospitable and makes u feel at home. Location is not far from stores/restaurants/beach. My first time being there and I must say we will be back there soon. 100% satisfsction.

Jun 2015My husband and I stayed at this property with our two Standard Poodles and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and just as pictured. There is a convenient beach access literally a 5 minute walk away....we walked our dogs on the beach morning and evening. We also loved having the pool and swam in it daily. We will certainly consider staying at the property again in the future!

Nov 2014My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend and it was just perfect. The price was more than reasonable, the rental was very clean, also looked just as it does in the pictures, very spacious, jacuzzi tub was a great bonus. Oh and I have to mention that the master bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Sep 2016My family was very pleased with this property. The pictures don't do it justice. It was in a great area, very close to the beach with easy access. Larger then expected as well. Close to everything! We plan to make this a yearly tradition.

Aug 2015My family really enjoyed the townhouse all 3 nights we stayed. The rooms were very clean and big with enough room for 8 family members. The beach was within walking distance of the home taking us about 5 minutes to get there. The A/C kept us cool even with the hot temperatures outside. The pool in the back yard was a great hit with the kids and was always clean. The barbecue pit was a perfect and I used it all 3 days we were there. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative and we are planning another trip out there soon. Everything in the listing was as advertised. Loved it!

Jul 2015My Family and I Decided to Stay here During our Summer Vacation this Year. The Pictures Cant Even Compare to how beautiful the House is on the Inside. It Was Clean Upon Arrival and We had Everything to accommodate our stay. We Look Forward to Staying Here Again in the Future.
