Jul 2015We chose a last minute getaway and were lucky enough to find this beachfront home! Ethan (property manager) and his team were very efficient and helpful and made the rental process seamless-and very prompt return of security deposit! We have rented many homes in the past and this was by far the cleanest. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked many meals there, including fresh lobster from the Lobster Pound a few miles up the road. There was a bookcase filled with a nice variety of beach reads and there were a few board games available also. We were pleased to discover beach chairs and umbrella as well as a few beach toys for my 9 year old. There is no a/c, but there were 2 fans available. The beach is resident use only so not too crowded. Nice sandy beach, but a little rocky, beach shoes were necessary. Overall, a great beachfront cottage.

Bathroom was good and water pressure excellent. never ending beach for walks and Plenty of Sea Glass- Black, Red!, Aqua, Cobalt, Neon Yellow!, Lime Green, Forest Green, Clear, Amber.. All Americans should Visit Plymouth at least Once to experience how Faith in God and communing with the Indians was the Only reason the Colonies Survived.

Oct 2022This was an ideal summer property on so many levels. The place was squeaky clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, complete with some sharpened knives. (Cooks will know what I mean.) The outside shower was private and powerful. Close to Plymouth for shopping and exploration. Best of all was the outside deck and the steps down to the beach. All that without having to go over the bridge!

Jun 2015This is a beautiful home right on the beach. In my opinion, one of the best parts of the private beach as it is not as rocky as other sections. The house is great- kitchen had everything we needed and more, the decor was beachy and comfortable, and the location superb. I felt like I was in my home, but in a better spot! The beach is gorgeous and literally steps from the deck. Excellent home that I would definitely like to return to. The only negative was that there wasn't a table on the lower deck to eat on. We made it work as it is such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the water. The upper deck has furniture that was great for breakfast, but we preferred to be closer to the water and in the sun in the afternoon/early evening. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Aug 2020This house would be perfect any year but was especially great in the year of COVID. The privacy of the house and beach were ideal. The master bedroom deck and lower deck are great places to take in the amazing sunsets and rises. We ate dinner every night on the lower deck. While the beach is rocky, there was plenty of sandy area for the family to relax and play and with water shoes it was easy to wade in and enjoy the beautiful water

The house was very well stocked with pots and pans and everything you would need and very clean. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely come back in the future!

Jul 2016The house was exactly as described. Everything you expect from a vacation house. There was 4 of us and there was plenty of room. Master bedroom had a deck and a wonderful view. Since you are so close to the water, the sound of the waves crashing at night were a bonus! Friendly neighbors on each side. Beach was not rocky this year. As the beach changes each year you don't know what you will get. This year it was all sand and perfect.

Nov 2019Perfectly situated on beautiful Manomet beach. We enjoyed having the beach right out the door. Deck furniture could use some updating and the room fans should be replaced. Overall experience was wonderful.

Sep 2017My parents and I stayed here in the middle of August and had a really great time. My family has spent a week in Manomet every summer for years. This was one of the best places I have stayed. The view was amazing. It was great having a house so close to the beach. The interior was comfortable and clean. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem at all and it was nice to have constant fresh air. I highly recommend this beach house.

Jul 2017My family of four loved this home. The view from the family room was stunning. The decor light, breezy, and clean. Two large sofas to take in the view. All the comforts of home and loved the well-stocked kitchen. Ate more meals at home than usual on a vacation so much appreciated. Took advantage of really nice 5k run in neighborhood. Went on day trips to Provincetown from Plymouth and Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole. Both very accessible. Read books from the bookshelf (thank you), Also brought our kayaks which were a lot of fun on the bay directly from the beach. We were there during July 4th holiday and were treated to spectacular fireworks on the 3rd all along the beach. Not being from the area (we are from Michigan) we were surprised by how cold the water was - 60 degrees in July! Only gave four stars due to lack of laundry, air conditioning, and a half bath downstairs. Would recommend staying here again.

Aug 2015Had a great week. The refrigerator was replaced quickly, appreciated the fast turn around time. Love the house -perfect for us. Listing was accurate, location is great. We have rented through out New England but we all agreed this is our favorite.

Jul 2019Friendly neighbors—enjoyed relaxing on the deck with them in the evening. Everything was as expected. If there was one thing that would have made it better was more towels. Since there was no washer or dryer, we wouldn’t have made it without taking them out to launder. Would have loved to have cushions on the deck furniture as well but overall, it was a wonderful week!

Not all windows open or have functional cranks, which was a frustration on hot days. The beach immediately in front is perfect. Shallow for a while and a great place for the kids. To one side it does get rocky and has more seaweed. It’s not overly populated. So thankful to be on the beach and not have to negotiate traveling with 3 toddlers. The area of Plymouth is lovely and accessible.
