Gehen Sie die historische Main Street für 6 Minuten, vorbei an den Häusern der Walfangkapitäne aus einer anderen Zeit, und Sie sind im Herzen der Stadt - (! Und der Juice Bar), umgeben von Boutiquen und Restaurants.

Lassen Sie die Hütte in die andere Richtung und Sie eine Minute vom Madaket Radweg. Ein paar Blocks weiter und Sie können die Cisco-Radweg abholen. Die Lage der Immobilie ermöglicht Ihnen einen einfachen Zugriff auf die ganze Insel, sondern ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Verkehr in der Stadt zu vermeiden.

Very Comfortable home base for our family to explore the island individually, in couples, and together! Grateful to be able to easily walk into town. We felt totally at home here. Nice memories made- many thanks to our host for making them possible!

This place is the quintessential Nantucket cottage. Beautiful, cozy, relaxing, quiet and well appointed with all of the necessities you could possibly need. Walking distance to town, which made for a great evening stroll home after a great meal “downtown”. The owner was very responsive in answering any questions we had. This place is a treasure!

This is one of the best places we've stayed in Nantucket. The house is comfortable and spacious, with lovely decor. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the location is perfect. The outdoor space was abundant, private, beautiful and relaxing, and something you don't often find in the downtown Nantucket area. We would absolutely like to stay here again for our next vacation.

The house is charming, in town and walkable to shops and restaurants. It also has a nice yard and patio. We would definitely like to stay there again. Owner was helpful and easy to deal with.

The cottage was so charming and clean, the updated bathrooms were so pretty and the walkability to downtown was just perfect! We loved being close to the bike bath and the gardens were spectacular!

Group of colleagues from different companies across the food and wine industry visiting Nantucket for a work trip during the busy Wine Fest weekend. Tom's home was cozy and comfortable. Perfect location, convenient to all our events and appointments. Loved the gorgeous garden and the short walk to the center of town.We had issues with the refrigerator, which could not be fixed, but Tom did everything in his power to address the situation. Appreciated immensely his hospitality and efforts.Will be back next year for the Festival and hope to stay in Tom's cottage again.
