Das Haus liegt in einer atemberaubenden 70 Hektar großen Buschlandschaft neben dem Bournda National Park. Der Rückzugsort ist eine erstklassige Unterkunft an der Sapphire Coast. Feb 2011What a great house! Not a neighbour in sight and a well equipped, very comfortable house with plenty to do inside and outside. There's even a volleyball court if you're feeling active! We were able to relax downstairs on the shady veranda overlooking the surrounding forest, listening to the birds while our son played happily upstairs in the rumpus room with all the games. The house had decent sized, comfortable bedrooms and was just a short drive from lots of great beaches and other local attractions. I'm sure we'll be back!

Jan 2019We had a great week at this spotlessly clean property. Lots of space and different areas to sit so you aren't on top of one another. The rumpus room upstairs is great for relaxing and playing a game of pool.There is plenty of room for the dogs to run about and the owner Steve lives near the property and is lovely to deal with.
There are some spectacular beaches to visit. North Tura Beach in Bournda National Park was our favourite. It remains unspoilt, quiet and just stunning and only a 10 minute drive from the house. Beautiful part of the world.

beautifully maintained with all the necessary stuff plug lots of indoor/outdoor games are available.
The owner steve is very helpful with all the information you may need.

Jul 2020This is a great property if you want some peace and quiet and some space for your pets to run around. The house is spacious and well looked after. We really enjoyed our stay and our two dogs loved exploring the large yard.

Jan 2012The retreat was a great place to stay - the location is perfect, close to beaches, mountain-bike trails and bushland. Nice big open garden, with beautiful bush all around. The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay - the pool room was a big hit! The layout of the house, with several inside and outside spaces, worked well too particularly with a big group - plenty of space to get some peace and quiet.

private,clean and well equipped. The shops and beaches were only a few
minutes drive away.The far south coast of NSW is beautiful and unspoilt
and we will stay again

Apr 2018Nice house on a large property not far from Merimbula, only 5mins away from Tura beach Woolies. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids loved the upstairs lounge room with pool table/Foxtel and all the sports equipment for playing outside. We could have stayed here for a week in the rain and everyone would have been occupied and had their own space. I loved it that we could bring our dog too!

Mar 2019Had a lovely long weekend, property was beautiful and clean. Great location close to Tathra and Merimbula. Also loved that we could bring our dogs! Steve was lovely to deal with, went out of his way to bring us an extra esky and gave us some fresh vegetables from the property which were delicious. Would highly recommend this property!!

Oct 2022Great stay, with a very helpful host. I was unable to meet family members who flew into Merimbula from the UK but the host even offered to pick them up from the airport if there had been a problem. Great stay, good family property suitable for children.

The house was well maintained, fully equipped, the owner of the home was so incredibly helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. I'm quite picky with the cleanliness of rental properties, but I couldn't fault this place. Will most definitely be back soon!
