Sep 2021Wow!! What a great house with all the amenities you might need except for a few tidbits. Rex was very pleasant and easy to work with and even let us into his house early and depart late on the Sunday we left. He lives nearby and is quick and attentive to any needs or questions you may have. Our family of 7 had a wonderful time using his beautiful house/pool and backyard oasis. Thanks Rex for the great stay and your accommodations. We will be back in the near future!

Aug 2020What a gem. Rex text the house was ready way b4 our ck in time. That's a plus when your traveling in from another state, tired and need to unwind. He greeted us, showed us the ropes, quick and simple. Loved all the music and sound throughout the house, bkyard and casita.
Now, I read a couple of nit picky comments and as they may be legitimate gripes they are really unnecessary. Remember people it's a RENTAL its NOT your HOME! So what if there is lil wear n tear, scratches etc, it's used by many it wasn't designed to fit YOUR PERFECT expectations. So if you want a pristine 5 star then go to Bellagio and pay 5 to 600 a night. It had all the amenities of home. Pleasing more than once to discover few items in cupboard that saved me a trip to the store. I'm a chef and everything I needed was there. Rex is very generous with toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc yes even a cabinet of liquor lol. I have no gripes we felt very much at home and comfortable upon the min we entered. The casita out door was perfect for my hubby n I so romantic. Pool is perfect. We left the place immaculate the was it was presented to us. Oh btw pool table was awesome not to mention that 90 inch TV Thanks Rex a million mahalos, we will def. Be back! Definitely sharing.

Nov 2020We were very pleased with the property! Our group of 8 stayed very comfortably and greatly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor spaces. The house was exactly as shown on the VRBO listing. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very flixible with us on check in and check out times. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Aug 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rex is a great host; Very nice, welcoming and courteous. The photos of the home do not do it justice! It is bigger and nicer in real life. Very relaxed atmosphere and so much fun! We loved the sound system, tvs (indoor, outdoor), pool lights and outdoor living space. The special lighting inside the house was so neat! The casita was an extra bonus that worked well for us. We will definitely book again!! Thanks again!

Jan 2022We stayed 3 nights for friends getaway to Vegas. Rex the owner was immediately accommodative and friendly. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. It's much bigger than you'd expect. 4 separate showers (2 in main house, 1 in pool house, 1 outdoor shower). There's so much room, we were constantly finding new features on the property. Anytime we had a problem, Rex (the owner) was right there to help. He lives nearby, but doesn't intrude. Great spot, definitely would stay here again!

Jun 2020We had 8 adults stay at this property for our family vacation and we had a blast!! It was great that each of us had our own rooms, and we loved hanging out in the backyard at the cabana, grill area, and pool/spa--oh, and not to mention the pool table too! Rex was a great, friendly host, and was there to greet us at the door when we arrived. He is very proud of his place, and gave us a tour with instructions on how to operate everything. (If you like music and speakers like my husband, you will enjoy the setup Rex has going on.) We appreciated Rex cleaning the pool every morning when we woke up too. On our trip, we would visit the Vegas Strip/Downtown, but we really couldn't wait to get back to his house to relax, which is the sign of a great house in my opinion. We never ran out of things to do! The only criticism that we had was that it wasn't perfectly clean and "fresh." All of the bedrooms could use new sheets and comforters as there were holes and stains present, but otherwise, we totally recommend booking this place!! Thanks for the great family memories, Rex!!

Aug 2021We definitely recommend renting this property. Comfort and relaxation at our fingertips kept us from wanting to return home. I, especially, wanted to stay for another week. You will not be disappointed with Rex. He was very accommodating and truly a nice guy. We will be looking for this rental for our vacation next year.

Backyard is an oasis with a pool/spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom/shower, volley ball court and music piped everywhere. Owner lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. It's only a few minutes from the strip. Will definitely stay here again!

Our friends enjoyed grilling and watching sports out back. The property manager is also very kind and accommodating. He helped us get everything going for check in. Definitely somewhere I want to come back to!

Aug 2022This was my first vacation rental ever and it was great. We've always stayed at the hotels in Vegas, but I think after this trip we will be staying here whenever we go back as a group. The house and grounds were clean and super comfortable. The pool was also excellent. We will be staying here again!!

This a great place to stay especially during these uncertain times due to COVID-19. We felt safe and there was no need to leave as this house has everything a family needs for entertainment. Rex the owner was great he answered all of our questions and he lives next door so if you need anything he’s right there.
We had a trailer and motorcycles with us and Rex made it easy for us to store all of this.
He gave us access to the garage and the poetry had plenty of space to park my truck and trailer.
Also this house is located in a vary quiet Cul-de-sac at a dead end road so it is very quiet

Feb 2020This house is awesome! The backyard is an oasis. The beds are comfy & the showers are amazing!! The built ins in the closet are a nice feature for longer stays. We felt at home here. There is plenty of room for a large group & fur babies. Rex is so hospitable & wants to make sure you have a great time in his home.
The strip is close enough for an inexpensive uber/Lyft ride. Southpoint is also near by & pays out better than most casinos. There are also lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Don’t hesitate, book this house now! We loved it & hope to stay here in the future. Thanks Rex!

He greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the ins and outs of the property. We'll definitely consider this venue when Las Vegas is our family's vacation destination.
