Aug 2019Wonderful property! Location to the beach, just a short stroll along stunning homes, is perfect. Walk to the Four Seasons. Having all the bikes was great, easy ride to downtown Santa Barbara. Close to grocery stores and the lower village of Montecito. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Note that there are 2 master bedrooms, one up and on main level, Well stocked kitchen, bedrooms have all sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries. Nice to come and not have to worry about these types of items. Will visit again!

Nov 2022What a gorgeous property!! We loved sitting outside and listening to the fountain, seeing the fish, cooking on the grill, and the kitchen was spectacular for preparing big family dinners — awesome inventory of tools and everything nicely organized. Beds were comfy, house was pristine, pool table and ping-pong were great activities for the kids; and obviously the location is phenomenal. Thanks for a wonderful stay — we felt very lucky to be here!

May 2022We stayed four days in this beautiful property. It is a short walk to Butterfly Beach and the shops and restaurants of Montecito. We were there to celebrate a college graduation and the house was perfect for the six of us. The property managers were very attentive and made check in and check out very easy. We highly recommend the property.

Apr 2022We stayed at the Channel house for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to comfortably host the bridesmaids the day of the wedding for makeup and hair. The house was clean and comfortable for our family . The dishwasher was broken and we reported it, it was not fixed during our visit, which was an inconvenience. We requested and received no discount for the inconvenience. The location is excellent for access to Montecito or Santa Barbara.

Nov 2020We rented the home from Monday through Friday during the election as it was a stressful time. This home offered a peaceful sanctuary for us, our kids and our friends who came with us. The location is heavenly... only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Truly a gem. We will be back. Also the kitchen was great for cooking and the pool table was a fun touch!

Mar 2021Well appointed, beautiful outdoor living areas, the koi pond was serene, and the hot tub was a perfect size. The a/v system was a nice addition and the ping pong table was a blast. The location was perfect and we will certainly consider renting again. Only small complaint was not enough coffee cups...

Really great layout of home, lots of open floor on ground level for the little kids and a beautiful yard to play in and watch the fish in the pond. Very convenient location too. Wonderful communication with property management, overall we were very satisfied. Thanks so much!

Sep 2018We booked very late for Labor Day Weekend but totally lucked out to this amazing house. The location is perfect.
The description does not give it justice, everything is amazing. It's like your rich aunt gave you the keys for the weekend to her mansion by the beach. The house easily handled 3 couples and assorted friends. It actually felt huge. We laughed cause it took us a day to find one of the bathrooms (it's under the stairs). The location, the setting, the proximity to the beach all fantastic. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the yard and hot tub and koi pond all amazingly relaxing. We barely left the house because we loved it so much. At night you can hear the waves from the house. We are already planning on booking again.

Jun 2020This was a wonderful home for our family vacation/birthday celebration. The grounds are beautiful with many special places to sit. We were there with our sons and their families that included a 4 year old and 2 infants. The blue living area was perfect for setting up a play area. The walk to the beach was a short .6 mile flower lined walk. Close to Vons. Coast Village and State St.

Nov 2021This property is breathtaking! It was the perfect place for the bridal party to stay the weekend of my wedding. The huge open kitchen made it wash for group meals and the game room was hit! Loved the hot tub and all the space in each room. Highly recommend this place for big groups

Jul 2019This is the second summer we have rented this home. The yard is lovely, the house roomy and comfortable. Love the pool/ping pong table!! Location couldn’t be better-walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and to butterfly beach!

Jul 2021This is a wonderful home. The location is outstanding. The home is well maintained. The home features are outstanding. I would recommend this home when the A/C is working. However, one week before our trip the management company told us the A/C wasn’t working. We chose this home in part because it had A/C and we have young children who needed it to sleep. The management company offered no discount until asked and then offered a trivial discount. I was disappointed by the property management company’s handling of this problem.

Dec 2019The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way! We gathered as a family to celebrate Thanksgiving and our 40th wedding anniversary! The house and yard had everything we could possible need including bikes and helmets for a short ride to the beach. Loved our stay...we will be back!

Jun 2020The location and house itself were great! We loved being able to walk to Butterfly beach, East beach, and lower Montecito. The house was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool and ping pong too! It had all the beach gear we needed and the bikes were great too. The only downside to the property is the washer and dryer. They are both very old and very small, which made washing and drying towels very difficult and frustrating for a large family. Considering we went to the beach every day, we had a lot of towels to wash and dry and it took forever.

While it is cool in the evening, expect it to be warm downstairs during hot weather. The house has a fantastic control system installed which for the most part works well. There is no way to play your own music using the homes’ system - so if you like to play music from your phone - bring a wireless speaker. The house managers are very nice but didn’t seem to know much about the operation of the systems/ items in the home. You are basically on your Own if you have any difficulty on a weekend. Overall we loved the house and the property, amazing location with easy access to the beach, as well as the town of Montecito.

There are teen-sleepable couches in three separate rooms, plus an enormous master walk-in clost that can also host teens.Every amenity was available, except an icemaker -- but the ice trays were all full, so no problem!
