Unser Wohnzimmer verfügt über 1 Roche Bobois-Sofa und 2 überfüllte und bequeme Stühle. 1 aufblasbares Queen-Matratzenpolster und 1 aufblasbares XL-Twin-Polster bieten zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Upstairs Master ist ein kalifornischer König mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne. Das Upstairs Guest Bedroom verfügt über 3 Betten (darunter 1 Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Doppelbett) und 1 großes Einzelbett. Alle haben neue Matratzen, die sehr bequem sind. Das Gästeschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt auch über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Dachterrasse hat einen Tisch und mehrere Stühle und bietet bequem Platz für 8-10. Die Dachterrasse ist einer der besten Orte, um am Ende Ihres Tages den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Unser Haus ist auch mit einer privaten Anlegestelle ausgestattet. Jul 2021We really enjoyed our stay in Greg’s home. We enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing on the dock in the front. The house was located close to the main shopping area on the island and the market. The house itself was spacious, inviting, and had upgraded technology. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Aug 2020We had an amazing time in this home! Our Maui trip was canceled so we decided to do a week long staycation in Balboa. The location is perfect...across the street from the Main Street with restaurants, ice cream, etc and it’s the perfect spot to sit on the patio, enjoy the water view and relax. We traveled with our 15 and 17 year olds (and their 15 year old friend) and the house was perfect...each had their own room, bathroom and tv. Gary is very attentive and so easy to work with...highly recommend him

Jul 2019We had a great time staying at this beautifully located 3 bedroom home right on the canal of Balboa Island. The main shopping area with restaurants was right around the corner. The house was well appointed with lots of towels, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment. We visited 3 different beaches while we were here and rented a duffy boat. Great time was had by all. Thanks!

Aug 2019We had a great time at this house right on the canal. We have 2 kids (10 & 8) who enjoyed swimming right in front of the house in the canal. We kayaked (provided) and paddle boarded (rented) daily. Kids loved going into town to the candy store and for an Old Original. House was in perfect location - well stocked (minus a block of knives in the kitchen) and provided a wonderful atmosphere for our experience. Spent hours on the front porch relaxing and taking in this wonderful experience.

Aug 2019Very clean, nice house located in an ideal location. Lots to do, restaurants galore, and great shopping! The cleaning crew was running late, so check-in was an hour late. And that was the only negative. Kayaks were super fun and relaxing patio enjoyed by all!

There is a parking garage for 2 cars, but we were only able to park one car comfortably. It was easy to find parking for other cars in my group outside without any issues.

Sep 2022This was a girls trip to play pickleball in Newport Beach. The host was always prompt in communications. The property was better than advertised. Outdoor and indoor spaces were thoughtful decorated with plenty of space for 5 of us to share. My only complaint was I didn’t tag on a couple of more days to the trip to enjoy all this property had to offer.

Jul 2019The property was updated and very clean. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and the docks. We enjoyed time eating and lounging on the patio and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The garage can only fit one car and one person did have to sleep on an air mattress but we would definitely recommend this property.

Contact with the owner was courteous and thoughtful .
The information in the welcome letter shares the showers in the upstairs bathrooms take several minutes to reach the hot water temperature. This was true and I feel that this is this something should be corrected in the interest of water conservation. Assuming the unit is used as a rental on a continual basis, that is a ton of extra water that could be saved with a fairly minimal investment to correct the problem.
We loved being able to share our family time with our small dog and the owner did not make me pay extra which I really appreciate.
I would recommend the property.

Aug 2020The house was super cute and clean with gorgeous views of the canal and Island. We enjoyed the kayaks provided with the unit everyday taking them for a cruise around the small Island. We did a ton of walking, kayaking , and playing cards on the patio. Wonderful trip.

Jul 2021Thanks for a wonderful vacation. The location was fantastic, we never moved our car and enjoyed walking through town, taking the ferry and enjoying the accommodations of the rental. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and they had beach equipment at the property for us to use. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We had originally booked the wrong date and the owner was so kind to adjust his schedule to accommodate the dates we needed. The house is conveniently located to all restaurants and stores as well as easy on and off the island.

Feb 2020Great location close to shopping and restaurants. This property is well kept and plenty of room for my So Cal family to visit. Especially good instructions left by the owner for TV, etc. The smart toilet in the master was an added bonus! LOL! I will definitely be booking this place again!
