Gelegen in Cape May, dieses charmant entire house für EUR 709 pro Nacht ist ein großartig Option für Ihr nächstes Reise. 17 Jefferson St .: Dieses wunderschöne, 6 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5+ Badezimmer im viktorianischen Stil befindet sich nur 4 Häuser vom schönsten Familienstrand von Cape May und einen kurzen Spaziergang von den besten Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Wenn Sie nicht am Strand sind, genießen Sie die große Veranda des Hauses mit sieben Rockern, einer vollen Hängematte und einer großen Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Personen und verfügt über eine Einfahrt mit Parkplätzen für 4-5 Autos (!).
Wir haben das Haus im Frühjahr 2010 gekauft und haben viel in Renovierungen und neue Möbel investiert, um dieses Haus zu einem hervorragenden Mietobjekt zu machen - über 400.000 USD bisher. Nahezu jeder Bereich des Hauses wurde innen und außen erneuert. Trotz aller Veränderungen war es unser Ziel, das Erscheinungsbild des Hauses von 1901 zu erhalten.
Gleichzeitig haben wir versucht, das Haus für unsere Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Spiel, Puzzle, Bibliothek ist auch gut bestückt. Es gibt hochwertige Fernseher (3), Highspeed-WLAN zum Streamen, Blu-ray-DVD-Player (mit einer schönen DVD-Bibliothek) und ein Premium-Kabelpaket. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher von Bose für Musik. Wir haben viele Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandspielzeug für alle zur Verfügung.
Für Ihren Besuch müssen Sie Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge, Handtücher und Strandtücher mitbringen. Es gibt einen guten Wäscheservice in der Stadt (Sea Dreams), falls dies bequemer ist.

Nov 2020What a great house!! Blair was great about responding to messages leading up to the trip. House was great..really nice!! Everyone had a great time and not a single issue whatsoever. Definitely will be in this house again.

Nov 2021We were very comfortable with the residence. The only concern is that there were no operating fire alarms on the third floor and only 2 other fire alarms in the house. This was a very big concern for me. Hopefully you can rectify that problem before next resident stays at your residence. We would seriously consider staying there again next year. Thank you.

Oct 2020We rent this house every fall to test, relax and restore ourselves. We loved the new main level bathroom and laundry room it's so convenient and nice, the flooring looks great. We so enjoyed the down time this year of all years and continue to look forward to future respite getaways!

Nov 2019This was a cozy house but lots of bedrooms! Decor is cottage chic, so right for Cape May. Heat was even throughout the house, and hot water was plentiful for all 10 of us. The owner has left lots of extra blankets, pillows, fans and quilts. There are 3 sets of dishes, but if you plan on cooking, bring extra casserole dishes as we didn’t find any. Lots of games, puzzles and books for people ages 10 and over. Location is great!

Aug 2021This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. Location is steps from the ocean. The porch is large, and so pleasant for night time hangouts. Great breeze. Can walk to everything. The house is clean and large. Communication with the owner was easy, and available. The house is fully stocked. Can NOT recommend enough. A++++

Jun 2020This is a perfect beach house for a large family or shared families. It is just as described and has been thoughtfully restored while keeping its Victorian charm. The house was very clean, close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We loved the front porch and spent tons of time out there. Highly recommend and Blair was quick with all correspondence and questions.

Aug 2022This is a lovely house in the heart of Cape May. It is perfect for those who enjoy being near the action. The house was spotless when we arrived. We had a number of issues with the air conditioning but the host responded and addressed this immediately. The photos of the backyard and kitchen make them appear larger than they actually are. I would rent again if we enjoyed being in the busier part of Cape May but my family prefers the quieter norht end of town.

Oct 2022This house is perfect. Very clean, well stocked, updated, excellent location, fabulous front porch and the perfect size. There are super easy and conveniently located instruction throughout the house to keep your stay ( and future guests) safe and enjoyable. We will definitely look for this house's availability for our next cape may trip.

Oct 2019This home is simply wonderful! Serious TLC has been put into restoring it, it's a beaut! I don't think the pics here do it justice. It's adorable. It's four houses down from the beach. It was a 10 min walk to the middle of the main shopping area. You can't go wrong with picking this house!

Jul 2022The property was as stated in the listing, and the space and amenities were perfect for 4 family groups getting together to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. We had 13 people, including 3 young adults, a teenager, and a middle schooler, and the variety and number of bedrooms was exactly what we needed. The large dining area was great for gathering for meals made in the well-equipped kitchen or takeout from nearby restaurants on the promenade. Cooking was very easy because of the array of pots, pans, and cooking utensils available, and having the Keurig as well as a 12-cup coffee maker available ensured that everyone was properly caffeinated. The proximity to the beach was great for multiple daily trips, and the outdoor shower and changing rooms made it easy for cleanup when we finished. The large, covered front porch with table and chairs along with the hammock around the corner got a lot of use too. Thank you, Blair, for a wonderful property and your quick and direct communication!

Sep 2022Perfect for our group of 11(6 adults, 5 children). Less than half a block to promenade and beach. Outdoor shower and toilet in basement allowed us to use basic facilities without entering house ( this was really helpful with 5 active children). The house itself is beautiful with plenty of bedroom space, a well stocked kitchen, and the common areas are spacious. Most of our evening meals were around a beautiful dining room table( plenty of space for our group of 11). Mornings and evenings were spent on the rockers on the front porch. Plenty of beach supplies were provided for us so we didn’t have to lug any of those with us from home. Thanks to Blair and Barbara for another beautiful memory of Cape May!
