Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein direkt am Meer Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad und einem Straßenseite Schlafzimmer und WC. Die Hauptebene ist, wo Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche, ein WC, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit privater Terrasse zu finden. Einen spektakulären Panoramablick auf das Meer sind von der offenen Gestaltung dieses Hauses sichtbar. Die dritte Ebene ist ein Oceanfront Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.

Great Place Right on the Beach
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a duplex but we couldn't hear the neighbors at all when inside. Plenty of room. We had trouble with the internet reception/TV on one floor and they sent someone out right away to handle it. Would recommend.

Very easy and fast check in. Great private location. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The private access to the beach, spacious rooms and amazing views are only a few things that make this place wonderful I went with my family of 6 and everyone loved the place. Will definitely be booking again!!!

Amazing rental
Very easy and fast check in. Great private location. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The private access to the beach, spacious rooms and amazing views are only a few things that make this place wonderful I went with my family of 6 and everyone loved the place. Will definitely be booking again!!!

Amazing location
This spacious home is on a less-crowded part of the beach and has spectacular views from windows and porches. Lots of space for gathering on the main level. A boardwalk from the back porch leads directly to the beach. Our only complaints were with housekeeping. It seems reasonable to supply trashcan liners, soap for every sink and decent quality sheets that are not scratchy. A few of the pillows need replacing. Home should be aired out after exterminator visits. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and Carolina Beach has just enough amenities without being too touristy.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was conveniently located. Overall duplex was nice but some of the furnishings/comforters, etc. showing age.

Good beach house - a little maintenance recommended
Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All things considered, we had a very nice winter holiday vacation for a week at this beach house. So nice to be right on the ocean, where it wasn't too cold to stroll along the beach on most of the late-December days. The ocean views from the beach-side rooms were very pleasing. The rental agent dealings went smoothly. The house was in good shape, and clean. The only complaints dealt with a couple of maintenance items. The primary one would be that the vertical wood slats on the outside handrail going down from the main living room/kitchen floor to the boardwalk to the beach were in need of maintenance/repair. Several vertical slats were missing and some were rotted. That was of concern because we had a 4 and a 6 yr old in our party. Also, why have a tub in the upstairs (street side) room bathroom if there is no plug to hold the water in. I bought one for the tub. Overall, for sure a great rental experience that I would recommend for others.

Rating Details:The property manager was very unhelpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Our criteria for finding a vacation rental was based on one thing - an elevator! I have a broken back and we were traveling with my 84 year old mother so accessibility was #1. When we arrived we immediately had trouble with the elevator. We called Bryant Real Estate and an hour later the maintenance person showed up. He told us that he would call the elevator repair company. After calling 11 times over the next three days, still noresolution. We were held captive in our rental because we could not navigate the stairs (3 stories) and didn't know if we would be able to get back up if the elevator somehow got us down. Bryant Real Estate said they felt that they had done a good job in addressing our issue. That's funny because when we left the elevator was still not fixed. We will never use Bryant Real Estate again and will share with everyone!!! They did give us a $200 refund out of a three day $2500. rental. We could have rented other units that didn't have an elevator for $1500.(so we paid an extra $1000. just to have the elevator)....
