Gelegen in Gold Coast, dieses charmant entire house für EUR 204 pro Nacht ist ein großartig Auswahl für Ihr nächstes Reise. Dieses reizende, familiäre und familiäre Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, ganz in der Nähe von Geschäften, Casino, Kongresszentrum und Strand. In Gehweite befinden sich ein Fish & Chip-Shop, BWS, ein Zeitschriftenladen und ein Hundepark ein See und ein hervorragender Coffee Shop G & G ... Es ist ziemlich einfach Lage, Lage, Lage !!!Das Anwesen war bei den Gästen aufgrund seiner sehr günstigen Preise ein echter Favorit und wurde von Kunden, die regelmäßig von Jahr zu Jahr wiederkommen, zu Recht bewertet. Das lebhafte und pulsierende Broadbeach ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto / Bus entfernt. Durch ein elektrisches Sicherheitstor (ENOUGH SPACE FOR 3 CARS / BOATeiner Einfahrt) betreten, ist dieses offene Gebäude in den Wohnbereichen gefliest und in den Schlafzimmern mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Der Meister ist mit Bad und Schiebetüren zum Poolbereich und Kanal aus dem Wohnbereich und dem Hauptschlafzimmer geöffnet. Wenn Sie in Richtung Osten auf den Unterhaltungsbereich und den Pool blicken, ist es vom frühen Morgen bis zum späten Nachmittag sonnig (dies ist ein voller Pool, Foto kann täuschend sein.) Wi-Fi ist auf Anfrage erhältlich und es gibt kostenlose Wii-Spiele für die Kinder ... Der unterhaltsame Bereich verfügt über einen Grill, der von der Sonne bedeckt ist .. Der Grill, Kajakfahren auf Anfrage und Angeln Die Terrasse rundet die Szene ab! Der Kanal ist voller Fische (Wittling, flache Köpfe und Brassen) und der Krabbeltopf mit seinem Meeräsche-Köder ist einen Besuch wert !! Für jeden, der ein Boot hat, ist die Einfahrt groß genug, um unterzubringen und ist somit absolut sicher. Die öffentliche Bootsmeile befindet sich 1 Minute entfernt neben dem Convention Center am T E Peters Drive.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit Doppel- und Einzelbetten sowie ein Einzelbett im Zimmer. Hier können bis zu 4 Personen schlafen, ideal für Kinder ... ..Es gibt auch ein Wohnzimmer ist ein bequemes Schlafsofa für 2 Personen. Tierfreundlich / komplett umzäunt, und die Gäste haben bemerkt, dass dies das perfekte hundefreundliche Haus ist, komplett eingezäunt mit großem Vorgarten und einem überdachten Hinterhof für den Hundekorb, der bei Bedarf auch drinnen darf. ..
Dieses preiswerte Haus verfügt über eine weitere wichtige Zutat, um einen schönen Urlaub zu gewährleisten ... ..AIR CON im Wohnbereich und im Hauptschlafzimmer, um den warmen Komfort für die heißen Sommernächte und Deckenventilatoren in allen anderen Schlafzimmern zu gewährleisten. Wenn es Winter ist, wird die Klimaanlage das Haus wärmen, wenn es nötig ist.

Jun 2018We have the pleasure of staying at Nigel's Broadbeach home for a long weekend family get away. The home was perfect for all the family including grandkids and kids. We managed to relax on the patio overlooking the water, caught fish in the canal, had a bike ride around the area, it was so flat for biking or walking, but ran out of time to go out on the water in the Kayak. The home was well set up for the whole family with a supply of toys for the kids, bikes for the adults, fishing rods and even a kayak - who could ask for more
We are looking forward to coming again and relaxing with the family and friends. Thank you Nigel for all your assistance - we will be back as soon as time allows. Heather

Nov 2022This is a great place to escape the World and still have to your dog with you. Everything is close by but you feel like you’re away from it all. The canal a major bonus; the pool was perfect. Very nice home. Relax and enjoy!

Nov 2019This canal frontage property is an older property and like any grandmother has it’s peculiarities however it’s a wonderful house to relax and chill at. It is conveniently situated to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach, Q shopping centre and attractions. Nigel, the owner, was wonderful the entire time ensuring our stay was perfect. He checked in from time to time to make sure we wanted for nothing and knew where the best shopping and dining was. The pool was inviting and the kids spent most of their time in it. Stingrays, fish and bird life visit daily. Inside were games, Wii and Foxtel TV. I particularly liked the ability to sit on the patio and still keep an eye on the kids in the pool or watch them from the kitchen. The security aspect of the house was a bonus.Remember to bring the bug spray as midges are a part of life here. I enjoyed my rare time away here and would come again when the option is available. Thank you Nigel and family for making us feel so welcome!!

Jan 2019The hosts were absolutely fantastic and helped with all of our requests. The house was clean, roomy and well appointed, especially for kids! Plentiful parking and right on the canal. Short stroll to Broadbeach shops and the beach. The pool was perfect.

Sep 2018Our host Nigel couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating! The house was ideal for us, the pool and the kayaks were fantastic for our kids and the location is brilliant for the beach, shops, Centre of Broadbeach and the theme parks! Brilliant holiday all round!
And a special thanks from the children for setting up the Wii for them! They loved it ! (We had fun too!)

House is a little old but Nigel is honest about that and the house has everything you need. Secure, clean, great location and recommend Nigel and his home.

Apr 2019Nigel was a fantastic host, very welcoming and easy to contact if there is anything you need. We took our Saint Bernard dog too and with the fully fenced and secure yard was fantastic to have her come on holidays with us and the kids.

Jul 2019Nigel was a fantastic host and was so accommodating. The location of the house is ideal, 20 min walk to Broadbeach or a $7 uber. The canal location is super relaxing and we enjoyed a lovely kayak on the water. Plenty of space for our dogs as well!

Aug 2019I thought the property wasn't up to my standard it smelt which put me off there was dust everywhere and has me and my grandson are both have asthma wasn't very good so first two days I was cleaning and getting rid of the spell, it was a shame has it really is a lovely place, nigel was very welcoming

Oct 2019Had wonderful weekend ,great location and walking distance into Broadbeach.It was a neat,tidy and clean house which we felt was excellent value for money.
Particularly enjoyed fishing from the backyard , dipping into the pool and having fun in the kayaks.
Easy communication with very helpful host.We are already planning to book for a longer Summer stay.

Nov 2022Great location - close to shops and Surfers. Property was almost ideal setup for my wife, our 16 month-old and in-laws - with showers, bath, kitchen and big open living room. Fun to take a kayak out straight from the back door to the canals.
