"Siebzehn Schritte zum Strand" ist ein luxuriös ausgestattete Strandhaus direkt am Strand. Die offene Gestaltung sichert eine atemberaubende Aussicht in ganz, einschließlich einer massiven Deck führt direkt zum Strand und Meer. Das Deck oder am Strand sind die perfekten Orte zurück auf eine bohnen Lounge zu liegen und ein Buch, Schluck Wein lesen oder die Sonne genießen.
Schön und professionell gestaltet und möbliert, hat alle Anstrengungen unternommen wurden, um die geräumige "Hütte" Gefühl bei gleichzeitiger Maximierung der erstaunlichen Strand, an der Küste und auf das Wasser zu halten. Das einzige, was noch spektakulärer als der Blick nach innen ist die Außenansicht!
Die Küche, nach "Shack" Standards, ist groß, mit Caesar-Stein-Arbeitsplatten, modernsten Geräten inkl. Kühlschrank mit gefilterter Eismaschine / Getränkespender, europäisches Kochfeld und Ofen, Geschirrspüler, POD-Kaffeemaschine und integrierte Mikrowelle. Es gibt Bar-Sitz plus separate Speise mit Türen zum Deck. Der Wohnbereich hat auch Türen öffnen-up für maximalen Zugang nach draußen zu Mahlzeiten im Freien, Grill (tragbare elektrische) zur Verfügung und verstellbare Schatten.
Die "Hütte" Gesichter NNE, Abholung der Sonne den ganzen Tag, mit hervorragenden Isolations überall. Reverse-Zyklus Klimaanlage, tragbare Heizung + Heizdecken auf allen Betten, falls erforderlich. Es ist zweifelhaft Sie die Sicht zu versperren würde wollen, aber einen leichten Schlag eines Knopfes und UV-Schutz schiere Jalousien elektrisch rollen.
Optimal für 2-4 Erwachsene gibt es zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer (Queen im Haupt + 2xsingle in Br 2, mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche & 'Dunlop' Kopfkissen). Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über voll integrierte Roben und außergewöhnliche Wasserblick. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Eintrag ins Bad, inkl. Wäsche (mit Waschen / Trocknen). Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Schiebe verstellbare Plantage Fensterläden, so dass Sie die Wahl, entweder Aufwecken zu einem spektakulären Boat Harbour Beach Sonnenaufgang oder zum Schlafen (oder ein wenig von beidem) haben.

The taps re hot and cold did not conform to norm ! Marked incorrect ! Or back to front ! Chairs re dining table could do with padded cushions also bench stools as well !
Please don’t take these comments a nasty or angry we loved every moment ! You asked me honestly so I’m answering honestly ! Just needed a little bit more comfort ! Jan 2021We had a wonderful stay at this property. There aren’t many places in Tassie, or Australia, where you are staying right on the beach. We could watch our children play at the safe beach out front from the deck. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

Sep 2020This property is located right on the beach. Stunning views. It is perfect for relaxing and/or using as a base for sightseeing along the northwest coast. Beautifully decorated, great design, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a great deck to take in the vista. A perfect getaway.

Oct 2020This property is gorgeous. It’s beachfront with water views right from the bedrooms. We went swimming and were able to walk straight out the front to the warm rock pools and it was glorious! You’re in a more peaceful part of the beach so feel like you have the place all to yourself and the property is off the main road so there’s no traffic. It’s exceptionally clean and there are games, dvds, books, outdoor beanbags and even a local seagull (dubbed Mr Seagull in the guestbook) to keep you entertained. Easily the best property we found in Boat Harbour!

You can sit and watch the world go by from the balcony or stroll along the pristine beach, the view is constantly changing.The house itself has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The only problem is that you will never want to leave.Thanks Arthur for opening up your gorgeous house to us.

Nov 2021The property and setting is just gorgeous. We had a wonderful time there being so close to the beach and able to just walk down the back steps.
Sunrise was stunning, cafe down the beach was great for breakfast. House had everything we needed (wifi was pretty patchy but not a huge deal).
Host was very accommodating and even posted our jacket back after it was left in the cupboard. Thank you and will be recommending.

Sep 2020The location is stunning and the house is perfectly designed for a beach-side holiday - thoughtfully decorated, well-equipped and very comfortable. You can open the house up or close it down depending on the weather. The views are spectacular whatever the weather.
There are excellent shops at Wynyard for all your supplies and we also took some bottled water.
There is a clearly allocated parking spot. Being there at a quiet time we had no problems at all. but I imagine the narrow street and parking could be tricky peak season.

Sep 2020The beach is right on your doorstep. Love the way the doors slide open to bring the outside in. A very relaxing stay. Highly recommend this beautiful beach house.
