Das offene Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sind für eine perfekte sowohl unterhaltsam als auch lässig entspannend. Wir haben Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer.

Aug 2021We stayed a week at this house. This house was perfect for our family. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the amenities the house had. For example, speaker box for us to use, extension cords for electronics, fresh flowers, lavender bug spray, baby gates for the doggies to use on the outdoor porches and google chrome cast on tv. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Location of the house to the beach was convenient! We will def come back and stay at this house.

Dec 2021We spent a great week at this beautifully appointed home (the kitchen has every necessary gadget) -comfy beds, an array of books, TVs and speedy WiFi. It’s a stone’s throw from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kevin was terrific - all questions promptly addressed! We loved it!

Sep 2022We spent 2 weeks at Sweet Tea which was such a great reset for us. This is our second year at FB, first time at Sweet Tea. Beach access is a 2 minute walk and 3 blocks to Center St (hub of Folly Beach). Charming beach bungalow with a screened in front porch (in the event of rain) and an outside deck to people watch or listen to the ocean waves and star gaze. We didn't want for anything in the house. NIce to be able to grill outside on the back porch and great space for the dog to walk around (yard is not fenced). House is filled with puzzles, books and games for all ages. Thourougly enjoyed out stay and will return!

Jul 2021We loved staying at Sweet Tea for our recent family beach vacation! The house was clean, quaint and met all of our needs. The location can not be beat and we had nice, daily walks into town and had very close beach access as well. The town is super friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a low key and relaxing week at the beach. The owner stopped by to do some work outside the property and was so friendly and hospitable. He brought us a few items for the house and even left us a nice bottle of wine. Kevin, the property manager provided detailed information about the property and area which set us up perfectly for our trip. We will definitely be back!

Jun 2021We loved our stay in at Sweat Tea. The check-in process was super easy. Kevin was a great communicator and gave us great recommendations for the week. The house was the most fully stocked VRBOs that we’ve experienced. The house was located a short walk to the beach and restaurants with a quick drive to beautiful Charleston too! We brought our 16 month old toddler and he loved the sand buckets and shovel. I can’t recommend this house enough and will be back in the future!

May 2020We had the best time at the cottage, the kitchen was fully stocked with all great cooking equipment it had everything you could need. A quick walk to the beach was the best. Thanks to the owner for the attention to detail. We will be back again one day.

Aug 2022We had a beautiful few days in this charming, original beach cottage. It was light and airy, and furnished with everything we needed to celebrate my sons birthday at Folly. From the great master and master bath, to the living room, kitchen, dining and 2 other bedrooms, to the two great porch’s, this is what going to the beach on vacation should still be like. You can have your McMansions, I’ll take Sweet Tea all day long!

The house was clean, comfortable and a perfect location - very short walk to the beach and just 3 blocks from Folly's restaurants and shops. The house is old but it has a great beach cottage feel to it. The kitchen was well-equipped. Kevin was very accessible and helpful. We will look to book here again.

Mar 2021We couldn't have enjoyed our time more at this perfect beach house. The location was awesome - right across street from beach and within a short walking distance of the main street of Folly. The deck was absolutely perfect for our pups to enjoy people watching, and for us to soak in some sun. Kevin was great to work with - very responsive and accommodating, and we even had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the owner who is wonderful! Would 100% stay here again!!

Nov 2022This is the first time that we have brought our dogs along with us to Folly Beach for Thanksgiving. After reading the great reviews, I decided that we would this home a try. I must admit, I was very weary of the cleanliness of a home that permitted pets. However, this home was cleaner than many of the homes we have rented in the past that do not permit pets. The kitchen had everything needed for a Thankgiving dinner for 5 adults (Nana, Mother, Father, and 2 college-age daughters). The location is perfect for a walk on the beach or a walk to Center St. for dinner, drinks, dessert, etc. The living room had plenty of seating for football games and Hallmark movies. All the mattresses were new, high-end, and comfy. The porch was nice for reading while listening to the ocean waves and the screened porch was nice for the rainy days. Correspondence with the owner/manager was easy and all responses were timely. We have already booked again for Thanksgiving 2023!

May 2022The Sweet Tea house was just what we needed for our stay!! We had 3 couples and 4 dogs, and it was perfect for us all. The grill worked wonderfully, the beach chairs were a great plus, and that porch was so peaceful! Would definitely recommend. We just love Folly Beach so much!

Oct 2020The house had plenty of room for all of us and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the screen porch too. It is a short walk to the beach and shops. We had a great time and will certainly stay again when in Folly Beach.
