Jul 2021We were so thrilled with this place for so many reasons! Location being key, we needed to be on the beach and we were closer than we even expected! Perfect considering we had our 7 month old grand daughter who did not need to be at the beach as long as some of the others. We had 2 of our children and their spouses. We also had our grandbaby and our 14 year old. We all had plenty of space and privacy with the 3 levels. Master bedroom was so comfortable as were all the bedrooms. Accommodations were lovely and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops. The 7 Eleven was very handy for any items we may need as well. Natasha was very quick to answer all questions as we were preparing for the trip. She was extremely helpful. We would love to keep this wonderful place as our little secret but that would be so wrong! Be sure and check this out while considering your next trip!

May 2021We loved the property and the surrounding community. The town was great and we loved the local boutiques and restaurants. It was perfectly located to everything and the beach was in walking distance. Very nice property.

The accommodations were perfect and our host was available before and during the stay to answer any questions. Jun 2022We had a wonderful week at this condo. NSBeach is a place we love anyway and this trip was our first since our daughter, mom to three of the teens, was killed in a cycling accident three years ago. Natasja was wonderful and we loved our stay. Thanks!

Apr 2021We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location was perfect for us...the kids walked down to get ice cream each night, and we had easy access to the beach and to the shops/restaurants on Flagler. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer worked fine, and the gas grill was a very welcome addition for grilling dinner. Natasja was very responsive to our requests and was always available to us for questions and advice. We would definitely stay here again!

Jul 2022We had a great time. The beach was gorgeous and the house was convenient to the beach. The house was clean and the listing was accurate. Keep in mind this property is right next to public access which is super convenient but it is also summer so there was a lot of noise/teenagers running around outside until 4 am which was very loud and disturbing for young kids trying to sleep. We also had no idea about the cars allowed on the beach so definitely surprised by that ! Overall it was a great trip and we all had fun.

Nov 2022We had a great long weekend in NSB, even though our NSB wedding was moved to Orlando as a result of Hurricane Ian. We were concerned about what shape NSB would be in post-Ian but communication with management assured us that we would be good to go. Natasja went above and beyond-answering any questions we had and making sure everything was up and running. Location is right off of Flagler-walking distance to everything-and the beach access is less than a minute from the townhome to the beach. The unit was in perfect condition-a lot of stairs if you have mobility challenges but well stocked and lovely. Would stay again without a doubt!

Jan 2020We enjoyed our stay at this property. Steps from the beach and downtown New Smyrna Beach. The townhouse was very clean and with no issues!! Would recommend staying at this property. Natasja did a great job staying in communication with us to insure the property exceeded our expectations.

Nov 2021We came for a week long vacation and absolutely loved this property. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed it so much we wish we could have extended the stay. It’s right by Flagler Ave (main shopping strip) and basically on the beach! Highly recommend anyone looking for a enjoyable stay to book them!

Jul 2021Townhouse was perfect for our family. Rooms were on separate floors so privacy for everyone. The main floor had large living room and table to accommodate everyone. Balconies were all perfect for sitting outside. Little issues we had were corrected the very next day! The handyman was very nice and did a great job! Great walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants! Furniture in townhouse was very comfortable. We travel every year to beach and this townhouse was one of the best places we have stayed!

Oct 2020This property was exactly as advertised. It was a spacious 3-level property that provided plenty of room for our party of 7, with room to spare. The unit was well appointed, and really was a "home away from home" for us! Everything we needed in the kitchen was easily found, and the place was found in a very neat/tidy/clean condition.
The distance to the water was great. The view was a little obscured from the balcony, but you did get a view to the water for sure. Unforunately, the entire time we were there, there was some unbelievably strong wind (as hurricanes were churning offshore), and the tides came in extremely high. Wind/rain didn't allow us to enjoy the beach much, but it certainly was a huge bonus to have such a nice property to spend time with family in, cook, grill, and just enjoy each other's company.
Aside from the inclement weather, we had a great time here, and there were a great number of places to choose to eat nearby. We truly had everything we wanted/needed very close by, and we'd highly recommend this property to anyone.

May 2020This property 🙌�. It fit so many needs. The house was perfect from decor to just the right space in between large family or friends. Its a nice platform when you need your own space, but enough for movement especially with little ones. I do suggest if you have the age range under 5 and worried about stairs bring a baby gate. Chairs work great too. This place was equipped enough for our needs. The beach was fabulous and so was the night life considering what we all are going through. I will take this property again. Fair warning the stairs will always remind you that its all worth it and get you energized. Property manager was very great to deal with from the word go . She set the tone for me, I could not have asked for better. Well Played.

Oct 2020This property is very convenient to anything you could want in a beach vacation. Steps to the beach and a few blocks to restaurants, shops, and bars. The unit was very well appointed and super clean. The host is very attentive to any needs and responds promptly to any communication. The only item I would have wanted was more seating on the balconies. The MBR had nothing out there and I was told due to rust etc it needs replacing. This was unfortunate. Also, you need to rent your own bikes if you want to ride. Other than these minor items this place is worth it!

Mar 2022This is our second stay at this property and it never fails to exceed our expectations. I almost hate to say this because we would love to keep this our secret. But to be fair we can’t. We have never had to contact the property manager but if we did I know Natasja would have been there to help. Amazing property. Great location. Looking forward to our next visit.

Oct 2022The property is lovely and conveniently located right off Flagler Avenue within walking to restaurants and shopping. Bike, surf board and boat rentals also nearby if you need more to do than beach it. Just know this is a 3 story property and stairs will be part of your daily routine. Townhouse is comfy and beach chic. We were very happy and our host very accommodating and easy to work with.

May 2019The property could be very nice and has potential but unfortunately we rented the property at a worn state and time when carpets, couch covers ect need to be wash ( I was told that happens one a month, which it looked and felt like months). Bathroom had old piss at the base of toilet and we was told they had a new cleaning person??? I still dont understand how they can rent this place as filthy as it was. They just need to CLEAN, WASH & REPLACE THIS PLACE FROM BOTTOM TO THE TOP! THESE PEOPLE OVER ALL NEED TO DO BETTER EXPECIALLY THE PRICES GUEST ARE PAYING. LOVEBUGS ARE HORRIABLE AND THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING LETTTING GUEST KNOW ABOUT THE BUGS ECT.

Jun 2022The ice maker was not working when we arrived. On the fifth day of the trip it was finally fixed. It beeped day and night disturbing our stay. We had other issues, too! Agent addressed all problems, but it took me away from fun three days at times. The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable. Great location, but overall the home was a major disappointment.

Jul 2021The floors were so dirty our feet were filthy after 15 minutes moving in and walking barefoot. Problem with bugs in bathrooms and around windows, sinks, toilets and walls. We googled and identified them as termites and sent pictures to agent. really creeped us out when crawled on or bed pillow!! Refrigerator freezer did not work and top shelf of refrigerator froze all our food (had to trash food) and soda cans exploded making a mess. Table chairs cushion sunk to wood when sitting. Balcony chairs were shredding and falling apart. Mattress on 2nd floor bed had broken springs, popped and sunk in middle. Difficulty sleeping. A lot of money for these issues that affected basic comfort. Very dissapointed.

Jun 2021The floors were so dirty our feet were filthy after 15 minutes moving in and walking barefoot. Problem with bugs in bathrooms and around windows, sinks, toilets and walls. We googled and identified them as termites and sent pictures to agent. really creeped us out when crawled on or bed pillow!! Refrigerator freezer did not work and top shelf of refrigerator froze all our food (had to trash food) and soda cans exploded making a mess. Table chairs cushion sunk to wood when sitting. Balcony chairs were shredding and falling apart. Mattress on 2nd floor bed had broken springs, popped and sunk in middle. Difficulty sleeping. A lot of money for these issues that affected basic comfort. Very dissapointed.

Nov 2021The condo was great space for our family. Lots of room for us to spread out! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, spices, pots and pans, etc!Walking distance to town and a stones throw to walk onto the beach!!
