May 2022We were 4, 60+ year old adults and absolutely would recommend this home. It has an awesome location close to all parks. A quick stop to Wal-Mart or Target (close by) and you can grab all the supplies you need. My favorite thing about this home is the 2 king beds with their own bathrooms make it ideal for 2 couples. Plenty of room for a large family. Would definitely come back.

Very close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping!
We had 2 "very minor" issues that were resolved within an hour of us reaching out to the property manager!

Conveniently located to Disney parks and Town’s commercial district for groceries, supplies and takeout food. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day of our stay. They were the perfect way to relax after a long day at Disney. Owners were thorough in their communications, making checking in & out and using the pool & hot tub easy. Highly recommend!

I didn’t realize there would not be any supplies at all in the kitchen, no salt and pepper or spices, dish soap, dishwasher tablets etc. I haven’t run into this at any other VRBO rentals so I was just surprised. You definitely have to make a trip to the store unless you are not planning on doing any cooking at all at the property. We had a few glitches with the hot tub and getting it to work properly but the owners were super responsive to every question I had and we got it working. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. A very peaceful neighborhood and community pool area. The game room was a great extra for kids.

Our kids loved the game room and playing sand volleyball. Everything was close by - 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom, 1 hour to the ocean, and we even enjoyed snow tubing in Florida at SnowCat Ridge. We can’t wait to return and stay here again!

Dec 2022We had a great family vacation staying at Jennifer and Justin's VRBO. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The game room in the garage was great for teenagers and we all loved having our private jacuzzi in the backyard. It was so nice to be able to have a little space to relax after long days at the Disney parks. Jennifer and Justin were excellent hosts and were easy to contact before /during trip. The location was perfect with short drives to the Disney parks and other Orlando attractions. The house was very clean and in a nice, safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Orlando. We will definitely stay again on our next Disney World trip.

Nov 2022This was a great house for our girls getaway. There were 3 of us celebrating one of our 70th birthday. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub perfect. House was very clean. It would have been nice if they had some dish soap, dishwasher soap and a roll of paper towels. You hate to buy that stuff for a few uses and have to leave behind because you are flying. Aside from that we had a great time.

Jul 2020This is the first time we ever rented a home.This house is beautiful, well maintained, and feels like home. We loved that their were no rugs, and it's so tastefully decorated. My kids loved the ping pong table!! We loved the pool and the hot tub, it made our vacation. The owners were great to work with, and made things so easy. We can not wait come back again.

Nov 2020This house was perfect for my family of 4. My husband and I have two kids, a 13 year old and an 8 year old...who celebrated his birthday while we were there!
We really didn't want too much house...so many that I found were soooo big with a ton of bedrooms. We only needed three, which was hard to find in a single family house, but we settled on this one which has four. The princess room didn't get any use, but my 13 year old loved having her own Master Suite and my 8 year old loved the Mickey room...especially having a tv that he could watch while going to bed at night (we don't allow tv's in bedrooms at home...but we allowed him to watch a movie each night while on vacation!) The master bedroom that my husband and I used had a very comfortable bed and a lovely soaking tub!
The kitchen was very well stocked for the couple of nights we made dinner at the house. There was a regular coffee maker as well as a single serve coffee maker. The dishwasher worked great and the washer and dryer were a huge convenience!
The pool was enjoyed so much, mainly by my 8 year old. He loved swimming whenever possible. We even bought some diving rings while we were there for him to use along with the pool toys that were already at the house. We left the diving rings behind for the next families to have fun with. Speaking of which, there were plenty of pool and beach toys, as well as a cooler and plenty of beach towels to use for any outings to the beach or community pool.
My only regret is that we didn't extend our vacation by a couple of days. We would have loved to hang out at the house a bit more, but our plans at the parks kept us very busy.
Disney World was such a short and easy commute. It was so convenient having our own rental car to drive to and from the parks and stores.
I could go on and on...but I'll end now by saying that this house was perfect and the owners were so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to the couple of questions I had.

Nov 2022This house is perfect for a family visiting Disney. Easy drive, so taking a break in the middle of the day was not a problem. The pool was an added bonus. Our 4 year old enjoyed a swim before his nap and refreshed him for another round of Disney fun.

Jul 2020This house is as pictured. Beautiful and clean, all the amenities including pool towels and a cooler we borrowed for a trip to Cocoa Beach. Location was perfect for our stay, near Target and many restaurants. Easy drive to parks and the outlet mall. Jennifer was awesome about answering questions before our stay, she even emailed us (before we asked) with info about the COVID status in the county to help us feel comfortable about traveling. One of the nicest things about the house is the private pool and spa. We were out there every night and ate our takeout food by the pool. Eight of us stayed and we appreciated how large the house it. Thanks to Jennifer and Jason for making our vacation perfect.

Jan 2021This home was just the right size and layout for our family. Everyone had their own space plus we had the large living room/kitchen/dining room to hang out. Was so nice to come back to this home to relax after a long day at the theme parks! Also enjoyed the pool/hot tub and games in the garage!
