Aug 2018We were first time renters. Overall very pleased with our experience. Some miner wear and tear updates/fixes would have made our stay a Five Star. Very easy to communicate with the management and receive a response. Great access to parks and grocery stores. We would recommend staying at this home.

Mar 2018We loved every minute of our stay! The house was beautiful and we all made sure to put the pool and hot tub to good use ;) The Greenway Property team do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house was very clean and had all the essentials you would need in the kitchen. We've stayed in a few different houses that they manage and they never disappoint. There's a reason why we always book with them! Thanks for another wonderful vacation....Can't wait for next year!

Jul 2022We enjoyed the property for the most part. Things were as stated. We loved having the pool and hot tub right there. Our biggest complaint was that the toilet in the master bedroom didn't work even after calling to have it fixed and the blinds in the bathrooms were broken so that the windows weren't covered fully. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property but these are some things that definitely should be taken care of.

Feb 2020We enjoyed our time at this property, had everything we needed for a great overall experience. The only thing that could use some work are the blinds in bathrooms and livingroom area, some of the slats are missing.

Apr 2018We, along with another family stayed in this home during our Spring break of March 18'. The house was comfortable and furnished well. Easy access to Disney Word which was our reason for being here. I will note, that we stayed Saturday through Saturday...on Tuesday someone came in while we were not there and placed a lamp in one of the bedrooms. They did not let us know they were doing so. We had our purses and medications out in the open and the rest of our belongings of 8 people. This is not acceptable in my book. So yes the house is as described and pictured....but really, the whole gated "community safety" goes out when you have people unexpected dropping in while your not there. A lamp of all things...not requested and not even plugged in, just sat in the floor of the Queen bedroom. We were also informed the Monday after our departure that we forgot a pair of jeans. They emailed requesting a form of payment for shipping. I did that and we are at 13 business days later and not received the jeans.

Apr 2022The property was clean, upon arrival getting in and instructions were super easy to follow. However there was literally 1 towel per person, 1 washcloth per person, no cleaning supplies, (dish soap, dishwasher tabs, no laundry detergent and we had to wash towels daily, no paper towels) I understand COVID but this house was stocked less than most hotels for toiletries. We had to purchase all spices, napkins, dish soap upon arrival. Another huge negative was that there was no grill to cook steaks or chicken if you wanted to BBQ. The timer on the hot tub sticks if you turn it past 15 minutes, it is a 60 minute timer. Neighborhood was very secluded and quiet. Other than the lack of basic toiletries and no spices the house was great.

Most nights it was 78. She also informed me if any windows or doors were opened the AC automatically shuts off. The beds are old and broken down. They are extremely uncomfortable. Most of the curtains are missing panels which means no privacy… even in the bathrooms! The window is directly next to the bathtub and just feet from the neighbors windows. A Pool guy showed up in the middle of our stay and let himself in like we weren’t even here. We were never notified he would be coming. The toilet in one of the bathrooms runs non stop, the dishwasher doesn’t work.

Jul 2020The only thing I recommend is ceiling fans in all bedrooms the ac could not keep it below 80% because of outside heat. Ac ran constantly but temperature stayed at 80%. It was very miserable for everyone in rooms with no fans. We did call manager and he said a/c it was doing all it could do.

May 2018The house was perfect for our family. The house was nicely decorated and had everything you would need. The pool was lovely and I am glad we paid for heating, even in early May. The property management company resolved a small issue for us very quickly. My only negative comment is the Washer and Dryer are a bit old and not energy or water efficient. It took over 70 minutes to dry the towels.
I would definitely rent from a Greenway Property Management company house if I am in Orlando again.

Jan 2021The house was exactly as described online and even offered more than listed. They had so many things left in the garage for the family to use. Kim at Greenway was always available to answer any questions we had and our family had such a nice, safe stay!

Feb 2019The house is very spacious and clean. Bedrooms are all great sizes, lots of space. Having a pool/hot tub to ourselves was great. The house could definitely use some updating; fixtures, blinds, floors, etc, but kept very well and clean. Paid for pool/hot tub heat but wasn’t that impressed with it considering it cost us over $200 extra Canadian for the week. It’s on a max. one hour timer and says allow 30 minutes for warming up, but most times the hot tub felt like a bath tub. Minimal (very minimal) jet action. Pool always felt cool. Pool toys at house which the kids loved! Overall we loved it and would rent again, but for the price we would like to see a few updates done and heat working better for the pool/hot tub.

Jan 2020Overall the property wasn’t bad, as the location and neighborhood were the highlights. We did encounter some issues upon check in with broken or missing items, including the hot tub. The communication with the property manager made it easy for them to rectify those issues in a timely manner. We did lose out several days with the hot tub not working. A technician was sent out to mitigate the problem but this was midway through our stay. The house overall had a nice layout and gave us more than enough room for everyone. The house could use a little more cleaning , it seems like a deep clean hadn’t been done in a while.

Jul 2018Not new and need upkeep but was good for what we need. Gated community is awesome. No far from Disney. Dryer was not working. Toilet in master bedroom need to be repair. Windows in kid room van’t Locked cause the lock was all broken so not very safe.
All the rest was good.

Mar 2018Loved the pool, just wish the weather was a little warmer since most of the pool is shaded by the house because it is facing north. The kitchen had everything we needed and the open floor plan allowed us to all be together while doing different things. The two master suites were wonderful. The full bedroom could use a bedside table and the twin room needs a dresser.

May 2021Everything was great at this home. The only two things were the pool chairs were dirty looking and the dryer took forever! And when it was done the buzzer was so loud that you couldn’t dry and go to bed...or everyone would wake up.

Apr 2018Enjoyed our home away from home!! It was just as the pictures lead us to believe. Very happy and grateful. Hope to come again next year.
