Einfacher Wasserzugang, ohne an anderer Stelle starten zu müssen, da der Zugang zum Fluss viel schwieriger wird. Wir haben ein riesiges mehrstöckiges Deck am Fluss mit einfachem Wasserzugang, einen Pavillon mit großem Gasgrill und eine große abgeschirmte Veranda (dies ist zu manchen Jahreszeiten sehr wichtig) und eine neue Southern Firepits Holzbrenngrube (bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Holz mit. Dieses Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit maßgefertigten Zedern-und Zypressen-Queen-Betten, und zwei schöne Twin-Size-Klappbetten. Die Küche hat alle Geräte mit Granit. Wohnzimmer hat Mission Style Möbel mit 2 großen Glasschiebetüren zu den Decks und Fluss. Essen für 6 oder 8 Personen mit einem neuen Glastisch. Beide Bäder sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Erster Stock ist alles Travertin Bodenfliese mit mehreren Zypressenwänden.
Es gibt eine riesige Veranda im 2. Stock mit Terrasse und Zugang zum Haus und einen sehr großen Glastisch für die Unterhaltung am Fluss.

Apr 2022What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. House with plenty of room. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Plenty of parking. The patio out back has plenty of deck space and right on the river. You can relax and swim right there or you can use one of the many kayaks and paddle boards to adventure down the river. You will definitely want to keep coming back to this property.

Nov 2022What an amazing little piece of heaven on the Weeki Wachi. Everything is just as described and the view is breathtaking. It’s hands down the best location on the river and we plan to stay many times again. Everything we needed was included and I really enjoyed being able to launch from the deck and use the paddle boards and kayaks. Saw many manatees float by and loved how the fish were just happy and not disturbed. The water was crystal clear. Perfect location close to many attractions but we really didn’t need to leave. Morning fire pit use, basking on the deck and family nighttime cooking. Perfect vacation!

Nov 2022What a great time we had!!! Perfect spot on the river for all your needs and comfort. Come here once a year with family but this time was just for my group. Couldn't be happier. Excellent and fast communication with Summer the property manager!! Can't wait til next year...

Sep 2020We stay here at least once a year. Never been disappointed. Secluded enough, yet close to stores. The river is full of human and wild life. We must have seen 10 manatees in 4 days. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided. Just bring food & drinks.

Sep 2020We stayed in this house last year under a different owner and this year was just a great with a new owner. Everyone enjoyed the back deck area for fishing, boating, watching kayakers pass by. The whole family spent the entire days outside on the water in some way. We started our days outside with coffee each morning and ended each night with a fire on the dock. One of the best locations on the river. The owner was great to work with... our daughter left her school work at the house and the owner & cleaner were very helpful in getting it mailed out to us. Above and beyond and highly recommend this property. Can’t wait to book again and see the new additions/ remodel that are coming soon!

Sep 2021We stayed in May and again in September. The family loves it and we will be back! The deck and upper porch are dreamy. The river is wonderful and needs/deserves our respect. Great to have this slice of paradise to enjoy.

Nov 2022We stayed at this property after spending 5 days at Disney. It was nice to be able to relax and slow down after running around at the parks. We spent most of our time on the deck looking for manatees but also visited the State Park and Homosassa Wildlife Park.

May 2022We rent this house about twice a year. Perfect location on the main Weeki Wachee river. Everybody always has a great time. Guaranteed manatee sightings, kayaking & paddle boarding. All included. Summer, the property manager, makes it perfect every time.

Jul 2020We just spent 5 days at this property on the river. The house was a perfect fit for the 4 adults and four kids that were in our party. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything in the kitchen you could need if you would like to cook there. We however did not spend much time inside because of the beautiful deck out back. It was nice and peaceful sitting out on the deck drinking our coffee in the morning. We could sit on the deck and watch the kids swim on the sand bank right in front of the deck. We used the provided kayaks to float along the river almost daily. Our kids favorite part was being able to see the manatees swim right by them in the water. We had an amazing time and are thinking we may use this home as a yearly trip! Thank you for letting us rent your home it is beautiful. Also thank you for all your help if we had any questions!

Nov 2021We have stayed in several houses on the Weeki Wachee river, and this one is the best. In my opinion, the location is the ideal spot on the river. It is quiet and very pretty, on a relatively narrow stretch of the river with wilderness on the other side. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, and there are two great screened in areas to sit. The deck is really nice, there are loads of kayaks, the launch is super easy, and the fire pit is also a huge plus. The property manager, Summer, was super nice and extremely helpful. We will definitely book this house again!

Nov 2020We had a relaxing and fun time at the river house. Morning coffee on the deck with the emerald blue river was priceless. Lots of fun outdoor activities: kayaking, swimming, biking and hiking all near by. Nothing beats being able to get on the river right on your deck.

Jul 2022We had a great time, this wasn’t our first time staying This house, lots of spring swimming out back and easy access to kayaking. Great deck, the sheets are not the best, if you love your sheets I suggest bringing your own. 😜

Apr 2022We had a fabulous few days on the river! Place was clean, comfortably slept 6, and the deck was perfect for relaxing, watching the manatees and launching kayaks. It's a totally different type of Florida experience - highly recommend!

Quiet area aside from the daily visitor kayakers passing by on the river. Amenities galore with plenty of outdoor chairs and water equipment (kayaks, canoe, life vests, etc.). Nice outdoor grill area. Summer (property manager) was friendly and had great communication. Same with Steve (homeowner) after initially booking our stay. Can’t go wrong with this home if you are looking for a secluded hideaway to relax and enjoy Weeki Wachee river!
