Diese Immobilie mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten, 2 Bädern und einer Garage für 2 Autos ist das perfekte Ferienhaus. Wir haben diese Immobilie im Juli 17 gekauft und dekoriert, um sie zu Ihrem "Zuhause fern von Zuhause" zu machen. Dies ist ein einstöckiges Hotel, also keine Treppen!
Während der Golfplatz die Gegend umgibt, ist unser Platz sehr privat und ruhig. Setzen Sie sich auf das hintere Terrassendeck und genießen Sie die Natur in der "woodsy" -Einstellung. Ein Holzkohlegrill erwartet Ihre Lieblingsgerichte.
Die Garage für zwei Autos steht zu Ihrer Verfügung und die Auffahrt ist lang genug, um Ihr Boot oder Wohnmobil zu parken.
Im Inneren bieten wir ein neues Kingsize-Bett / Matratze und Möbel, ein Queen-Schlafzimmer und 2 neue Einzelbetten / Matratzen. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine begehbare x-lrg-Dusche sowie einen Waschbeckenbereich für Sie und Ihn. Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat auch einen eigenen Fernseher und der begehbare Kleiderschrank hat viel Platz und hält das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das zweite Bad hat eine Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Shampoos, Conditioner, Body Wash und Lotion sind erhältlich. Neue Handtücher und Teppiche gekauft Juli '17!
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55 "HD-Fernseher mit Highspeed-Kabel und Internet. Dieses Haus hat einen sehr offenen Grundriss, so dass Familie / Freunde Zeit miteinander verbringen können. Genießen Sie einige unserer Bücher, Spiele, Rätsel, Dominosteine usw. Der Wintergarten verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, falls Sie ein Zustellbett für jemanden benötigen. Wir bieten zwei Speisemöglichkeiten, einen viersitzigen Tisch und Stühle im Wintergarten und einen Speisesaal für 6 Personen.
Die Küche verfügt über rostfreie Geräte und alles, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Jul 2020We loved this place. Home was very clean and located in a quiet area of HSV. The air conditioner worked very well which was great since it was July when we came. Layout of the home was very open and spacious. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was great too.

Nov 2022We absolutely loved our stay at 22 Risco! The house is the perfect floor plan. Light and bright and open! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and baths were stocked with everything we needed. We had 6 people and there was ample room hang out and be comfortable sleeping too! The deck is in such a peaceful setting surrounded by the tall pine trees and just moments away from all the beautiful golf courses and lakes of HSV. Jeanette was quick to respond and very accommodating! We plan to return! (Side note…If you’ve never been to HSV…lots/most restaurants and things are closed Sun/Mon. We drove into Hot Springs tho to enjoy the historic downtown and on to Lake Hamilton to have dinner on the lake one night. Lots of fun things to do! We will be back!

Aug 2022This was the perfect place for us to stay while in Hot Springs Village for a wedding. It is close to the lake, marina, and golf courses. The house is beautiful and well prepared for guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Jan 2022This was a great spot for the end of our road trip. It was a little further to Hot Springs National Park than expected (30 minutes) but in a lovely wooded neighborhood. Having two bathrooms was great with the kids. Wish we could've enjoyed the backyard but the weather wasn't conducive.

(Including a baby) It was 2.5 miles away so was easy to go back and forth when we needed to. It was so clean and cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed. I loved the little sunroom and even sat out on the deck until it got too hot!!! The beds were so comfortable. The linens were soft and big towels provided. Large capacity washer and dryer was awesome. House was easy to get into with a code. Big garage to store your cars at night. The instructions were very easy to understand and communication with the owner was excellent. It was close enough to the trailhead where I could take my long walks in the morning. Lake Balboa didn’t disappoint and my son-in-law got in 18 holes with my dad. I will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

May 2021This house was perfect for 4 of our guys in the Village for a small golf outing. The house was in immaculate condition and the 4 beds worked great. Very comfortable environment. It was very accessible to the courses we scheduled to play. The agent/owner was very accommodating to our early arrival. We will likely stay here on our next trip to HSV.

Jun 2021This home is beautifully decorated and has an open floor plan! It was located in a quiet neighborhood, near the East gate entrance to Hot Springs Village. We spent our time golfing, hiking and sightseeing, and enjoyed returning to this home to relax at the end of the day!

Dec 2019The place was nicer than the pictures revealed. It was quiet. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the baths held ample supplies. We’d definitely stay there again.
