We shared this property with a second family. It was the perfect size for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was great to have after a long day of skiing. We would stay here again!

We loved the location of this property, it was everything described and had all the necessary items for our stay. The owner was so helpful with all of our questions and made the process very easy even during the uncertainty of whether we would be able to travel with restrictions from COVID. The property was quiet and we felt very safe even when walking around at night.

We had such a great weekend. We really enjoyed the wood burner and hot tub. It’s a beautiful townhome. Quiet location, shuttle service. Easy access to seven springs. Very clean, and comfortable. Jill and steve were great with getting back to me when I had questions. We will definitely use them again.

We had a pretty rocky road going up there. If it could happen it did. Jill messaged us saying the hot tub was down and offered to refund our stay or we could rent a hot tub at seven springs. So we decided to still go up. We got up there and call seven springs to find out that they were getting to hot tubs so all of theirs were down has well. There was a giant ice storm coming in so skiing and tubing was shut down as well and the power went out. So we made the best of it and found some board games in the home and played them. Our second day we were able to get out late afternoon and catch the 6-8 tubing which was great. Jill and Steve were awesome with returning every email. Through the hot tubs, trying to find a place to rent a hot tub, power outage, and any other question we had. Everything that happen even though no fault at their own they made things right. We will forever use them for a seven springs trip.😀�

We had a lovely stay at the townhouse. It’s a peaceful location close to seven springs resort. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay. Over all cute little home perfect for a mountain getaway.

We had a great time here. House was perfect for our family of 8. We really enjoyed the hot tub during our down times and the neighborhood pool was quiet and beautiful. The mountain air in the summer was incredible- we couldn't get enough.

We had a great stay. The weather didn’t cooperate, but we enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean and everything we needed. A relaxing weekend was had by all!

We booked this house because it had enough rooms for us that stayed as well as the hot tub which was a huge hit with the kids. The house was in a great location, short drive to the Lodge if you are looking to go there. The house was fully equipped with things we needed. Plenty of towels, there was toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap (although we did take a couple extra rolls as well), the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans as well as a crockpot if needed which is great! Overall, the place, including the hot tub was clean. I love that hot tub chemicals and proper use for the hot tub were included. We will definitely considered booking this place again in the future if we have a small group go up! Thank you so much Jill & Steve for allowing us to make wonderful memories in your cozy place!! 🙂

This was a nice condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is redone and very nice. And the hot tub was a wonderful way to end our days!Located a few minutes from the Seven Springs resort.

This property was perfect for a quick weekend trip. The hot tub was amazing. The unit was really comfortable, nicely stocked and it had everything we needed. It was clean, but it looked like no one had been there in a while. There were some cobwebs and dust. It could use a deep clean. But it didn’t stop us from a great time and we would go back again.

This place was perfect for our ski weekend. It fit the 6 of us very comfortably. Great location very close to seven springs mountain resort. We utilized the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and they had everything we needed. The fireplace was wonderful and hot tub was perfect. All instructions were easy to follow.

The property was very clean and nice. It is technically a condo, but feels more like a house/small chalet. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy and the kitchen literally has EVERYTHING that you could think of (they even had snifters for my cognac!). We went kind of in between seasons, so it was cold, but at the very end of ski season. The hot tub was fantastic. Easy check in and communications. I highly recommend this property and we'll be back!

The property was just as listed. The hot tub is nice. Community pool is close by; a short walk. Air conditioning upstairs is a plus in the summer. Onsite restaurants were good.

The property was exactly as described-clean, well stocked, excellent location in regards to pool and golf course. Steve and Jill could not have been more helpful-excellent directions in regards to how everything in town house worked- TV, hot tub, etc... Plus lots of notes on area attractions and food tips. I would add that G&D market has good pizza and a very nice deli-steaks, salads, etc... In case you wish to eat in some nights. We enjoyed a nice peaceful week at this home and would rent again -perfect.

The property and location met our family's expectations. For the most part as advertised and very accommodating. A few items to note: there is actually a dishwasher; the master bedroom has the bunk beds in it; and the bus for Sun evening pick up (after 6pm) does not run every 15 minutes. We waited 45 mins and asked multiple people what the issue was. The resort only runs 1 shuttle at this time for the entire resort and surrounding properties. Very misleading, not communicated or clear on transportation (atleast for Sun evening pick up). Otherwise, the bus does indeed run every 15 mins which was convenient. If I had to grade the property it would be a B and would recommend to a friend. Ownership, response and communication I would rate an A; no issues whatsoever there other than the bus/shuttle situation.

The place was Greg my family enjoyed it we had a great time but there was some things that needed to be playing as far as bed bugs in the upper one day the ceiling fan was dirty a container food in one of the queen size bedroom bottom of the bed but overall this day was great

The effortless check in and check out. It was very clean and like being at home. I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t maintained, it was green and the chemicals a mess when we got there. Also simple things like garbage bags were impossible to find in the unit.
