Gelegen in Noord, dieses schön entire house für EUR 358 pro Nacht ist ein großartig Option für Ihr nächstes Pause. Unsere 2000 Quadratmeter große Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern wurde im Zeitraum 2016-2017 renoviert und verfügt über hohe Kathedralendecken mit einem Hauptwohnbereich mit freiem Blick und allen neuen Geräten. Es gibt viel Licht mit großen Fenstern und alle Glas Außentüren. Die Villa liegt auf einem 8000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ritz and Marriott Beach entfernt (von unserem Eingangstor zum Marriott / Ritz Carlton Roundabout / Circle sind es 750 Meter / 4/10 einer Meile).
Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen gut sortierten 350 Quadratmeter großen Pool mit einer Tiefe von 4-5 Fuß. Es gibt 2 in Wasserbänken, die Platz für 4 Personen bequem und mit Stufen in der Nähe von 6 Personen können einen Drink genießen, während Sie im Pool sitzen. Der Pool ist auch 1 Fuß über dem Boden, die impromptu Sitzplätze rund um den Pool bietet. Der Pool ist umgeben von einem geräumigen 1000 + Quadratmeter hohen Koralle Terrasse, die Ihre nackten Füße sehr zu schätzen wissen. Angrenzend an die Korallen Terrasse und ein Schritt nach oben ist ein weiterer 1000 + Quadratmeter bayerischen Feld Stein Terrasse (auch nackten Fuß freundlich) für die meisten der Hinterhof Bereich. Besonders in diesem Patio-Bereich ist eine Außendusche und ein großer tropischer Stil Pavillon Bereich, der eine beeindruckende 20 Fuß L geformt poliert Beton nass Bar komplett mit Steckdosen beherbergt. Mit 10 Hotel-Qualität Barhocker und Grill ist der perfekte Ort für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien. Das Design und die Großzügigkeit der Immobilie bieten unseren Gästen Möglichkeiten zum Sammeln in einem Bereich oder für diejenigen, die ein bisschen Privatsphäre weg wollen, können sich am anderen Ende des Grundstücks entweder auf der Korallen Terrasse oder unter dem tropischen Stil Palapa (denken permanent Sonnenschirm mit Palmblättern) für zwei gebaut. Die Palapa sitzt auf einer weichen Grasfläche. Der Rest des Grundstücks ist entweder auf einem gestempelten Betonweg oder unseren kundenspezifischen Steppsteinen zugänglich. Um das tropische Gefühl zu vervollständigen, gibt es 75+ Pflanzen unter den 25+ Tontöpfen. Hoffentlich begleiten die begleitenden Fotos die Beschreibung. Jun 2022When our family vacations abroad, we prefer to stay together in a home that lends itself to family time. The incredible private pool and outdoor cabana are among our all time favorites. This home was a great value and we gladly recommend it travelling families.

Oct 2022What a beautiful home this was. There is nothing lacking as far as kitchen and amenities. The pool/ backyard area is spectacular if you don’t want the beach. If you do want the beach… chairs and toys and coolers all on property for use. The owner was extremely easy and attentive to anything I asked from day one. I always read reviews on rentals because pictures certainly can be edited. This was prettier than it shows and all reviews are accurate. I would rent this again in the future. I would like to add that a car is needed if you would like to explore as we did do that. We preferred Eagle beach versus the closest hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Oct 2019We were three couples traveling to celebrate a milestone birthday. Jim’s home was everything it said it would be in the listing. Great central location - close to everything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - the pool was used daily. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only desire was that it would have had glassware for cocktails. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We also had Jim arrange a meal from Chef John for our birthday boy! It did not disappoint and was very reasonably priced. Overall - no complaints with this rental. We would definitely rent it again!

Jan 2020We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's house in Aruba. The house is clean and was spacious enough for us (6 people). The house is located close to Palm Beach (about 15 minute walk). All the other island's beaches are accessible by car. We used taxi all the time, and it is easy to use and convenient if you don't want to rent a car.
The house has a nice outside area with an outdoor kitchen (grill, sink), and, of course, a pool.
We would come back here again.

Jun 2019We loved this house, the pool, and the location!! This house was the perfect “vibe” for our family vacation with our adult sons! We did a lot of hanging out around the pool when we weren’t at the beach. What a beautiful pool and surrounding area. Beautiful inside as well. Only complaint is that we had to leave. Owner helped set up the car rental. Definitely want to get back one day.

My family loves this property and the owners are extremely responsive and easy to work with. We plan to make Aruba part of our vacation life for many years and would only stay at his location. The pool was perfect/clean and the location to the high-rise action is minutes away. Do not hesitate to stay at this location, ideal and safe for any family. Oct 2022This was a long planned and much anticipated trip for our family. We got everything we expected and imagined, and then some. The property was as beautiful as in the pictures, the location was perfect, and the owner/host was great and extremely responsive. Though not the first time on Aruba, this was the first time we vacationed outside of a hotel setting, but what we got was a beautiful private resort perfect for a family. We would like to thank both Jim and Maria (and of course Maria’s husband Peter) for their hospitality and help during our stay.

The location is perfect off the beaten path but short walk or drive to all the action. We rented a car with Jim’s help and it worked out great. It was nice to be able to drive to different beaches. The house has plenty of beach chairs and coolers to use! The property manager lives right next door but to be honest other than our initial meet and greet we didn’t have to contact him for anything but still nice to know they are next door if you had an issue. Working with Jim was great he answered all my MANY questions before booking and was available during our stay if needed. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in Aruba! Had a wonderful vacation!

Feb 2020The perfect vacation home in Aruba! Far enough away from the hotel zone to enjoy the peace and quiet - only a few minute ride to get to where the action is! The home itself is lovely! The outside pool area is the nicest we’ve stayed at in Aruba! We plan to return in 2021!

Nov 2022The home was perfect for our needs, we were there with 6 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter. The bedrooms are spacious and clean , Our granddaughter enjoyed the bunk beds.The kitchen is fully equipped. plenty of room in the dining room and living room for all of us.The outside is spectacular, feels like a resort.We used the outdoor grill for shish kabobs we purchased at Superfoods.The washer and dryer are in a separate building with plenty of beach chairs ,toys and a full bathroom..The property manager Maria and Jim the owner were quick with answers to any question we had. Jim arranged for a rental van for us and it work out great.Overall this home has everything to make a perfect stay.

Jul 2022The arrival and check in processes were easy. The house and property was clean and tidy and included all amenities. It is in a great location and easy walking and driving to different areas. Jim kept in constant contact with us. He checked on us before during and after the rain to make sure we were safe and didn’t need anything. We will definitely stay here again and are already planning.

Jul 2019The 6 of us had a wonderful time. The house is a short 2 minute drive to the beach and hotels. It’s in a somewhat secluded area but that was great for us. We had peace and quiet whenever we wanted. When we wanted to be in the mix of things we just drove to the hotel area. Plenty of food and shopping available as well. My friends and I became very friendly with the people at McDonalds and Wendys. The Oreo mcflurries were delicious. We don’t eat McDonalds back home!
Jim and Maria were awesome hosts. Maria was very helpful and easy to contact. We’ll definitely have to come back to Aruba with the kiddos!
