Über das Haus: Harbour Beach House ist ein zweistöckiges Zollhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail und neuen Möbeln. Dieses zwei Jahre alte Haus ist jetzt für Gäste geöffnet, um sich im wunderschönen Strandort Santa Cruz zu entspannen. Sie genießen eine voll ausgestattete Gourmet-Küche mit maßgefertigten Holzschränken, Gasherd und Ofen, Granitplatten und erstklassigen Edelstahlgeräten. Die untere Etage hat einen offenen Grundriss mit einer Küche, die an das Wohnzimmer und den Essbereich angrenzt, ein 1/2 Bad mit Granitwaschtisch.
Nach einem schönen Tag am Strand können Sie sich in der warmen Außendusche schnell ausspülen und am gemütlichen Gaskamin vor dem 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV entspannen. Von der iHome-Dockingstation können Sie einige Musikstücke von Ihrem iPod auflegen und ein paar lustige Brettspiele wie Beach spielen Monopol. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen Blick auf die private Terrasse mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Kein Garagenzugang.
Im Obergeschoss ....: Die obere Etage verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Entspannen Sie sich im Hauptschlafzimmer auf einem Kingsize-Bett mit erstklassiger Matratze und Bettwäsche. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, Pottery Barn-Möbel und Bettwäsche. Das eigene Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, einen Waschtisch aus Granit mit zwei Waschbecken, Fußbodenheizung und eine eigene Regendusche.
Das zweite Hawaii-Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zum vorderen Balkon. Das zweite Bad befindet sich im Flur: tiefe Wanne / Regendusche und Fußbodenheizung im zweiten Bad. Das dritte Etagenbett verfügt über Etagenbetten mit benutzerdefinierten Vintage-Surfer-Betten, Zugang zum vorderen Balkon und teilt das zweite Bad. Betten bequem schlafen 6, keine zusätzlichen Betten oder Ausziehsofa zur Verfügung. Zusätzliche Gäste dürfen nicht in Schlafsäcken oder auf der Couch übernachten.

Jun 2019We were very pleased with our stay at the Harbor Beach House! It was exactly as described online--meticulously clean, comfortable (amazing beds!), great living spaces. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. It is well located with the nearby beach, boat harbor, etc. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to some great nearby restaurants and even the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

Apr 2019We loved the location of this home - it sits on a quiet street and it's only a couple blocks from the beach, so super easy walk for the kids. We also enjoyed eating at the Crow's Nest and Johnny's Harborside, two local restaurants within walking distance. The house was very clean and comfortable too - we really enjoyed staying here!

Jul 2020We have stayed at the Harbor Beach House three times now. We love the house and the area so much. The owners are easy to work with and we can't say enough about how much we enjoy our stay each time we're there.
The location is in a quiet, sleepy neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. My kids are teenagers and they enjoy the house and area as well.
Our first choice whenever we stay in Santa Cruz is the Harbor Beach House. Thanks for another great stay!

Apr 2022We had a wonderful week at Max and Lisa’s property. The house was just perfect for our family vacation and hosts were very responsive. We loved the layout of the house, how well appointed it was, and the great kitchen with everything we needed to cook families meals together. Being walking distance from the beach was amazing. We can’t wait to book again.

Oct 2022We had a great experience staying here! The house was clean, plenty of amenities, and parking. We loved the outdoor balconies and green space in the back to relax. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee. The only thing we’d recommend is a mirror in each bedroom. Thanks for the great stay!

Sep 2021We enjoyed every aspect of this vacation home. We’ve rented several homes and this one by far was the best stocked home. They provide everything you need versus heading to a store for extra paper towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked to prep meals.. Another perk was the comfy beds, we slept so good! We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies, taking in the summer breeze. Being a short walk away from the beach was the icing on the cake!

Sep 2019This is a wonderful property with great proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and activities. The house is super clean and has a lot space. Amenities are great and working with Max was easy. Note that the house comes with a lot of instructions on how to operate things and check out process. I'm sure it's what helps keep the house in such good shape for the next guest. I'm locking this down as a ''favorite'' for future stays

Nov 2020The house was just the right size for our family. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to downtown, grocery and fun activities. We went wine tasting yesterday and saw beautiful parts of CA that we had not visited before. Well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood.

Instructions to work/run everything in the home were great. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We’re familiar with the area and love Twin lakes… this house was perfectly located, easy walk to beach but far from any busy street. It was clean, so comfortable, with nice finishes (like sturdy doors, handles, counters etc) and well stocked. You can tell the owners really care about their house and that guests have a great stay! It was a great layout and size for our 3 adults, one teen and two 9year olds. 2 off street parking spots also! I will definitely go back, super easy communication with owners. A gem!

Jun 2019Such an easy walk to the beach. The place is so nice and cozy and fits a family very comfortably. The owners communicate very well and the place is setup for guests to stay. Very professional rental.

There is a collapsible Wagon we used each day we went to the beach and there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off when you get back - perfect for not getting sand in your car or in the house! Overall we loved our stay - just one note, we did travel with a toddler, and it was a little challenging keeping him off the stairs. While we had a baby gate with us, it’s important to know the stairs are hard wood and rather steep, so just use caution if you are bringing little ones. Overall great rental! Thanks again for the great communication as well!

This is a well maintained, very nice home. The proximity to the beach is ideal - you can walk in literally 10 mins. There is a collapsible Wagon we used each day we went to the beach and there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off when you get back - perfect for not getting sand in your car or in the house!
Overall we loved our stay - just one note, we did travel with a toddler, and it was a little challenging keeping him off the stairs. While we had a baby gate with us, it’s important to know the stairs are hard wood and rather steep, so just use caution if you are bringing little ones.

Feb 2020Sparkling clean, nicely furnished, generous with supplies like foil, coffee, and kitchen staples, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Twin Lakes Beach, helpful information on sightseeing and restaurants, heated bathroom floors, and thoughtful touches like providing a key on a lanyard (which my husband and I wore around our necks whenever we were out and about!). Highly recommended.

May 2022Recently traveled to Santa Cruz for a family wedding. So happy we decided to rent the house and not stay in a hotel. Great location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property
