Sep 2021We loved our stay at Jennifer’s place. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was perfect for enjoying time all together. The fireplace the icing on the cake. We will certainly be back!

Aug 2022We had a great time during our 8 day stay. Grey Cliff is a special place. Loved the house, the amazing views to the lighthouse & over to Trinity, and just being in Trinity East. The house is beautiful, immaculate, very comfortable, & had everything we needed. Enjoyed watching the clouds float by & the moon rise through the upper living room windows.
Hiking in this area is wonderful. We were blessed to see many whales from the shores off Elliston and near Bonavista lighthouse. Also happened to view the incredible dance of white-sided dolphins on a hike near Green Island lighthouse.
Thanks so much for sharing your home. This was our 3rd trip to the Trinity area. We hope to return to Grey Cliff!!

Oct 2020This house is awesome. It has all the amenities of home. I love the back to back wood burning fireplaces. That's what makes the place. Every room having an ensuite is a bonus plus the bathroom on the main floor. The view is awesome plus you feel secluded but you aren't.

Sep 2019This house and property, tucked away on a private knoll overlooking the water is clean, comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The views are amazing. I appreciate the well equipped kitchen and the generous space in all the rooms. Very comfortable beds. This is my third stay at Grey Cliff and I have already booked with friends to return next year.

Sep 2022The house was much nicer than the photos depict. The view and quiet location was incredible. We found everything to be very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of three nights, wishing we had booked for 5 nights. The location was very good for our day excursion hikes. The kitchen was very well equipped for dinners/breakfast preparation. Great House!

Aug 2021The house was beautiful and clean with everything you could want. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, appliances top of the line and the views were outstanding. Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed it and having a bedroom on the main floor made it comfortable for those with mobility issues. It is pricey but totally worth it.

Oct 2021Spent four glorious days here, working and vacationing. While most businesses nearby were closed when we visited in late Sep, the location was still ideal. Removed from Trinity proper, and so close to some of the best day hikes we've ever done.
The house "wowed" the moment we walked in. Those windows! That view! It's extremely clean, comfortable and stylish with a modern coastal vibe that's not at all theme-y. The kitchen was perfectly appointed (never seen such organized kitchen drawers!). The setting is secluded and there's a small rocky beach just below the house that feels all your own. Lots of great hang-out spots thanks to the two fireplaces, huge deck, and sunroom.
A luxury stay at the shore! Did I mention those views?

May 2021My wife and I enjoyed a great weekend here. A beautiful home, well equipped and situated in Trinity East within walking distance of trails and Port Rexton Brewery.I've spent alot of time in this area. This is the nicest property I've stayed at. Bar none.Tom

Sep 2020Love the house and the view . Only thing the fireplace put out too much smoke into the house. So only used the second one outside. The blinds were very dusty. The shower doors were full of soap scum and the grout in the tiles were yellow. The house has gone down hill a lot since I started going there 6 yrs ago. There was a lot of pride put into the house but not anymore . The price has since gone up so I don’t know if we will go there again next year. May have to look for another place e.

Sep 2020If you’re looking for somewhere to relax this is the place! This cozy, yet spacious cottage is beautiful and the view is spectacular. My husband, our friends and I were more than happy with the accommodations. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with any utensil and appliance you might need. Skerwink trail is very close, and Port Rexton brewery as well, and of course restaurants, theatre etc in Trinity. We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend it to friends. Thanks Jennifer.

My husband, our friends and I were more than happy with the accommodations. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with any utensil and appliance you might need. Aug 2021Ideal rental for visiting sights such as the Skerwink trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Trinity, Bonavista, etc. This is the third cottage we have rented in the area and we will return to this one over the other two.

May 2021Greycliff is a modern, comfortable and well equipped home that has three bedrooms all with ensuites. The house is beautifully appointed and has multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The fireplaces provide added atmosphere and are well stocked with fire wood. The views from the house are amazing, the area is rich with activities and for those wanting to dine out there is a fabulous dining room at Fishers Loft less than a five minute drive away. Highly recommend.

With three roomy bedrooms plus a pull-out in the tv room, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed up to and including some sugar and flour. Together with the BBQ on the deck and the large fridge, meal preparation for our group was a breeze. From the living room and the deck, the views of Trinity Bay and the town of Trinity on the other side were stunning. Every time you stepped out you wanted to take a picture, but after two days you realized that you already had one from every angle and light condition. The sun room with its large fireplace was a favourite for fresh air, but sheltered in windy conditions and made cozy by starting a fire. This place is highly recommended! Five star, for sure!

It is always well maintained & so welcoming when we arrive. The staff are exceptional & always obliging and the property manager is wonderful to deal with.It will remain our “go to” spot.
