May 2023Rick and Debra are excellent hosts. They provided everything we needed and so many extras. All the little things I wish so many other places would have thought of.
The house is beautiful and clean. Beds comfortable. The location is just steps to the lake, shops and restaurants.
We would love to come back next year.

Mar 2023Two families stayed here overnight while skiing Peek-n-Peak. Very nicely remodeled century home in Bemus Point. Super clean and so well furnished. I look forward to coming back in the summer and staying longer next time!

Mar 2023Six of us used the Resort on Main as our base in order to complete the WNY Winter Hiking Challenge. The house had everything we needed and was very charming but also had an updated kitchen and bathrooms. We would love to come back during the summer season.

Feb 2023The Owner ensured our stay was memorable & was available for questions during our stay. Our group of Girlfriends (most over 50) enjoyed this beautifully appointed house that had it all, was close to Rodger Tory Institute, hiking trails & wineries. We walked around beautiful Bemus Point & even attended church next door to the rental. We loved the rental! It had plenty of space to accommodate the ten of us and we celebrated our 28th year of friendship, love & laughter! Thanks for everything!!

Nov 2022This is a very spacious house located directly on Main Street in Bemus and close to everything that the town has to offer. It was snowing and the driveway was well maintained, and the house heated up very well. All the amenities were great, and we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to the host for the prompt communication through our whole stay, any questions were answered very quickly and that was very helpful. All and all it was a great trip and a great place to stay, highly recommend.

Nov 2022The owners of this house take pride in this lovely Victorian style home. It is spacious and so well equipped. They have thought so many things. We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend. Took advantage of the fire pit two nights and also enjoyed dinner on the porch. Would highly recommend.

Oct 2022The house was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities We had a great friends and family weekend! We loved hanging out in the big kitchen and front porch. Short walk to town where there’s some shops and Ellicottville brewery right on the beautiful lake.

Oct 2022Booked this property for 2 nights for 9 adults to stay to celebrate an anniversary (Ellicottville Brewery in Bemus Pt on Fri) and a wedding (ceremony in Bemus Pt and reception in Celeron on Sat). Super charming, clean & comfortable. Bedroom & bath (with walk-in shower) on the main floor worked out great for the 80-something couple in our group. All bedrooms had comfy beds & pillows and there was plenty of space to sit & visit between activities. Owners were responsive to our inquiries and take great care of the property. Highly recommend!

Aug 2022This is an excellent property for three couples (like us) or a large family. Bemus Point is a wonderful small town on the lake. With 5 bedrooms, you can sleep 10 as advertised; however, there are only two bathrooms and the sitting and dining areas are better suited for six. The house has all the amenities with a few exceptions: only one TV (none in the bedrooms and no large frying pan, which you need for a crowd). The outside seating and gathering areas are exceptional (two porches, patio w/fire pit, and comfortable outdoor furniture under a large maple tree). We highly recommend this property.

Aug 2022This is our second time staying at this property and we are already planning our next trip to this beautiful home. The location is perfect if you want to go shopping, out to eat, launching the boat and golf course is right down the road. Our family of 10 had plenty of enough space and loved cooking our meals in the very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our evenings sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the serene beauty of the stars. Joanie the golf cart lady gives a great tour around town if your able to get a ride she will show you all the sights and some history of Bemus Point.

Aug 2022Lived/worked in this Bemus Lake area years ago and found perfect place to use for visiting again. Great house - perfect for mid to large family/friends. Huge eat-in kitchen and nice grill for nights you want to stay in and play games/watch movies. Can't be any closer to the restaurants/bars and cute stores in town. Love this place and working on 3rd year in a row visiting!!

Jul 2022This house accommodated my family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. The Jack and Jill rooms were perfect for my sons family with the small children. It was like their own space. We did not feel on top of each other for there is plenty of space to move around. I hosted a dinner for family members that live in Bemus. It worked out so well with the spacious kitchen for both cooking and serving. The beautiful patio, the side yard and outdoor toys worked out so well for our family time together. Make sure to check out the photo book of the fabulous renovation the owners have done. Thank you so much.

Jul 2022This was a 3 night stay for a group of 7 - 3 couples and a single. It was a great location in the village of Bemus Point and very nice property. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nicely furnished. The hostess was super communicative and responsive. I highly recommend!
