We were new to west Phoenix, but would absolutely stay here again. Litchfield Park is a peaceful area with access to everything you need. The property was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed and each bedroom having its own bath was wonderful. The owners checked with us several times to make sure we had what we needed. We would absolutely book this property again!

Go White Sox!
We were new to west Phoenix, but would absolutely stay here again. Litchfield Park is a peaceful area with access to everything you need. The property was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed and each bedroom having its own bath was wonderful. The owners checked with us several times to make sure we had what we needed. This was my first time in the West Valley and I was so lucky to find this place-close to services and restaurants and such a great neighborhood! I actually extended my stay a bit I liked it so much! Loved the furnishings and layout-wish I could live there!

Amazing Stay!
This was my first time in the West Valley and I was so lucky to find this place-close to services and restaurants and such a great neighborhood! I actually extended my stay a bit I liked it so much! Loved the furnishings and layout-wish I could live there!

This is a very nice home in a very convenient neighborhood, close to I-10 and the 303. The 101 is also easy to get to. We were traveling to Surprise Stadium for the first three days and that is about a 20-minute trip. There is plenty of shopping close by. To SkyHarbor, it was no more than 25 minutes --but it might take longer in heavy traffic. The house has three very private bedrooms and bathrooms, which worked very well for us. The kitchen is great, though we wish there was a Keurig for coffee. (We survived quite nicely with the coffeemaker.) Ashley is a great host who communicates well and is quick with answers to questions. The street is very quiet. There are plenty of places to walk. The pool is across the street. All in all, an excellent home for our group of four.

This house is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the teens enjoyed the couch beds with TVs. We had plenty of space for our family. This house is in a upscale neighborhood with the best golf course. Shopping and restaurants are very close as well as freeways. I would highly recommend this property!

Very clean beautiful house
This house is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the teens enjoyed the couch beds with TVs. We had plenty of space for our family.
