This is a nice little hotel right on the edge of Cypress and Buena Park/Anaheim. It's no more than 15 minutes from Knotts and Disneyland. The manager allowed us to check in five hours prior to check-in listed on our itinerary. The room is dated, but free WiFi, cable, a mini fridge and microwave made up for the dated surroundings. My only complaint is that the door wasn't very well sealed which let light pour through the crack. I'd totally stay here again.

This hotel has recently been renovated and it shows. For a buget hotel, it has everything that I needed and didnt' need...new everything, free wifi and breakfast, cable TV, fridge, hair dryer, iron, and even a microwave, friendly and polite staff...very good for families on vacation...good neighborhood...near everything...

The staff was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower. The area was quiet. They haven't been able to serve breakfast again, but we found some nice restaurants in the area. We were glad to have a refrigerator and microwave. The outside of the place looks great, but the inside looks older and worn. The towels need to be looked at. One towel had a hole in it and the bathmat was threadbare. There was a hole in the dust ruffle of our bed. However, for the two nights we were there, it met our needs very comfortably.

The room was very clean and fresh. Newly remodeled bathroom was very nice. Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. Mike was really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

The room was dirty, blankets were stained, sheets were so faded and thin, no tea,coffee. The room had a smell. Pillows were so hard I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take Advil because I had a head ache. My friend had to do the same. Bed was hard. Furniture old and chipped. Towels must have been 10 years old. The man at the front desk informed me that he was the only one that was working and there was no one else since November. I will never stay there again

The room was clean, area was safe to be at, and there were restaurants near by thst were a walking distance. Daltons Cafe was pretty good, it felt like home.

The owner was friendly but the building needs a serious cleaning. There have been repairs and alterations to the building that were poorly done as well. I would not stay here again.

The front desk service was slow, but I absolutely loved the place. The room was very nice, and the beds were soo comfortable!

The floors were so dirty, that my feet were black. We had to wear shoes or socks the entire time in the room. The first night we were there was extremely noisy. Kids running around and screaming slamming doors. The noise stopped around midnight, then started again at 7 AM. They did not clean our room although we stayed for two nights. When I asked why, I was told that you have to let them know if you want your room cleaned. They did not let us know this when we checked in. Terrible, I will never stay there again

the beds have horrible loose metal frames so they sound everytime anyone moves, so bad, that we could hear the the couple from the room avobe us having sexual activities all night long, like, 5 times, the frames are horrible.The bathroom had plumbing issues, and there was debris in the tub, because the water would regurgitate back in the tub.It was a truly bad experience coming here.

Staff was nice. The room was so gross, the fire sprinkler on the ceiling was hanging off of it and was being held on with masking tape. There was hair and a brown substance on the lotion bottle the hotel provided. Hair on one of the hand towels. The bathroom smelled like STRAIGHT SEWER had to keep the door closed.

Staff not so people friendly and I was told I couldn't have visitors, which was odd. That should honestly be in the write up about the place if that's how they feel. Other than that the room was clean but the area surrounding the property was loud.

Scariest place in the area. The fact that the owner said I couldn’t have visitors in my room was the first red flag. The room smelled and it was definitely a crackhead hotel. Our family was unable to sleep all night and we feared even touching anything in the room. To be honest we are thankful we survived. We TRIED sleeping but left because of the conditions. Definitely no place for a family with kids to stay.

Place not bad for a couple of nights. Front desk staff was not so customer service oriented. Room was ok, clean but need a little update. Quiete neighborhood with plenty of choices eating out. Plenty of parking well illuminated

Overall, this hotel has potential, but is being run on a shoestring to minimize their expenses and maximize profits. We had low expectations (because the price is low and we had to make a last-minute reservation for a family issue), and our expectations weren't even really met. This place is not terrible, there were no bedbugs, and we did sleep well and felt safe, but these folks are doing whatever they can to pinch a penny and provide as little service as possible. They advertise having a breakfast, but they blame COVID for NOT providing it or even coffee in their common area. (There are no government restrictions in the area for this). There is no coffee maker in the room. The floors had been swept or vac'd, but were sticky and smeared with something. The room was basically "clean", but long-term goo/spots on the walls, greasy smearing from dirty rags on the countertops and glass table and headboard. Broken table legs, so one table leaned against another to prevent collapsing. They hadn't done a DEEP cleaning in our room for MONTHS or more. The freezer in the fridge was 75% stuffed with condensed ice, so the freezer was unusable, and the fridge (even at full cold) was warm and dirty. The sheets are cheap, and we were laughing at the pillows! So, if you keep VERY low expectations, they will probably be met. This isn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but we will look for another next time.

Overall, it is a good place to stay.

On pre-booking, breakfast was included, but not onsite when inquired upon check-in. Any truth in advertisement?

Not a top notch hotel but it gets the job done, only con is that I reserved the room with the king size bed with the sofabed just to find out once I got to the hotel that their rooms didnt have sofabeds... none of them had sofabeds. Other than that everything is good, would stay again.

Nice clean and quiet place for a little get away

Needed a quiet room and area to take an online exam. Management was accommodating. 3rd floor corner room. Neighborhood is quiet and so is the property. Safe, clean. Great place for a quiet night's sleep even when property is full.

Location was good property was your average inexpensive room, room was not clean bed wasn’t comfortable, this property was average nothing special
