May 2018We were in town for my college graduation. The house is so clean and has everything you need to spread out and have a relaxing weekend. The entire family loved it. Mar 2022We were in town (2 families) for a swim meet at the Phoenix Country Day School pool and this location was absolutely PERFECT!! We could not have asked for more and the communication with the owner (Steve) was amazing. The house and yard were quiet and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom setup was really good for two families and everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. Hard to ask for much more. No question we will be back to this property for the next area meet!! Oct 2019We really loved our stay in this house! Steve was a dream to communicate with and the house had everything you could possibly need. There was a lot of open space in the house for our 2 kiddos to run around. The beds were comfortable and the separate living room space was very nice. Steve even suggested a really good gelato place that we checked out. Grocery store was close by along with several restaurants. Our favorite was Dough Bird!
It is on the corner of a very busy street so I would suggest bringing a sound machine-we slept just fine with ours in tow. We were really hoping for a lot of pool use but it was ice cold - we thought with 90° + days it would be warm but I guess that’s just the time of year we chose to travel. Neither of these 2 things would have made us not rent in the future. A great owner with outstanding communication was the cherry on top of our wonderful stay! Weiterlesen

Sep 2020We are a family of five and loved this home. The kids all had their own space in the house. The pool was a perfect size. We swam during the day and there was perfect lighting for night swimming. The backyard is so private that it felt like we were the only people in the area. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and super fast for Grubhub deliveries.

Three bathrooms made getting ready very effortless. Lots of room for a private yoga instructor to do a lesson for 8 comfortably. Communication with host was timely and helpful. We had a great stay! Apr 2018This home provided the space and comfort for our extended family. The owners have created a home with multiple gathering areas for all of our needs. The long farm table overlooking the pool started our days for a family breakfast. The pool area with multiple umbrellas, lounge chairs and chaise lounges was our daily hang out for swimming, reading and talking. The table and grill area was our lunch, happy hour and late night spot. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions and recommended excellent spots for lunch and dinner.
Lastly, the location can't be beat. We were central to all of our hiking, baseball and entertaining needs.

Had a little snag with the locking system, but was able to get a house key and use that. May 2018The house was great. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for the 6 adults we had in our group. Great communication with the owner and they were also able to extend our our checkout a bit so we did not feel rushed as we were leaving. The only thing that could be improved on would be additional paper products as we did need to go out for paper towels and TP. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Weiterlesen

Nov 2018Steve was an excellent host and offered valuable advice for our stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6. I would definitely come back. Simply zero headaches and Steve followed up and made sure we were good.
The only drawback... if you need internet, my phone was faster than the service provided on property. I had to do a little work and it was avg slower than 2 Mbps. My phone runs LTE at 24 Mbps. But, if you want to keep kids off wifi, you may not care.

Feb 2018Overall we had a fantastic stay in Arizona and this house suited our needs perfectly. The house is beautifully furnished and well thought out. Very clean, and the beds/mattresses were all brand new and very very comfortable.
Steve and Michelle were very easy to work with when needed.
The house is located just 2 minutes from a large grocery store, so with a short Uber ride we were able to stock up on food and drink which was very convienent.

Apr 2021My 3 best friends and I rented this property for a much needed girls' weekend. The house is absolutely beautiful! We loved the decor and couldn't stop talking about all the cute decorative details in the home. The kitchen was well appointed and the sofas, chair and beds were all very comfortable. There were so many options of places to eat and drink inside. The dining table was huge and the 2 different areas with bar stools were very comfortable to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We loved lounging by the pool during the day and eating at the outdoor dining table in the evening. Steve, the owner, was very helpful and recommended local restaurants to enjoy. It was very obvious that Steve and his wife want the best VRBO experience for their guests. We are so lucky to have picked this gem for our special weekend. We plan on making it an annual trip. It has been remodeled and everything is crisp and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need for grilling and entertaining. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. Landscaping, furniture, televisions, patio furniture, pool, grill, etc., are all in working order and top notch. You can walk to many restaurants from the house. The owner's were very responsive and gave great suggestions to enhance our stay. Apr 2018Absolutely loved this home. Our family of 7 made a fairly late reservation for our annual vacation. Thought that we would have to settle for something that wasn't great but was thrilled to find this gem. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds are memory foam and are extremely comfortable, so much so that we contacted Steve after the vacation to find out what kind of bed it was....and we then bought the same bed for our home! We spent a lot of time in the pool and were provided with an adequate number of beach towels. There is a lot of close by hiking, including Camelback Mountain, which was a family favorite. Get there early to get parking and to avoid the heat of the afternoon. Close to Whole Foods, which is important to us for healthy grocery options. Went to a Suns' game-- fairly close drive. Dined out - many great restaurant options. Should we come back to the area, we will definitely contact Steve and stay again! Loved it! Weiterlesen
