Mar 2022We loved the location of this property. Perfect for the skiers in the group. The home was a nice size accommodating us all with space to spare!
I did have concerns with the cleanliness of the property. The dishes and pots and pans had bits of food on them. The hot pads were filthy and we wondered about the sheets. Previous renters left a lot of dog poo as well.
We decided we could look past the cleanliness concerns as the location and the actual layout were great. Weiterlesen

Aug 2018We had a great time because we have know the area well and have a bunch of friends there. The house was fine except it would be so easy for owners to make it a much better experience. It is advertised as having a patio...the patio is a small concrete block with no furniture - and there is no furniture on front deck....also lacks a grill - all important items for a summer experience in the mountains. The garage was locked so we couldn't see if there was either furniture or a grill. Also the owners didn't leave the pool card so no access to the community pool. Other rentals provide all of the above. Would not recommend it to people who like to have leisure time outdoors. Otherwise, it was furnished well with necessities on inside. Weiterlesen

Oct 2020Very spacious, well stocked home. . It was just my husband and I staying there, but we appreciated the space, as our son and his wife live in the area. There is an Apple TV Box in the basement, but no remote. The back bathroom on the main level has a drippy faucet in the bathtub. The lock on the back door was broken, and a board was being used for security. I would give the property stars if not for these three issues. Weiterlesen

Dec 2018This was a clean home in Granby Ranch that lacked amenities and missed the mark on too many things to give a great review.
The good then the bad:
1. Clean
2. Great location in Granby about 20-25 minutes to Winter Park.
3. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook an amazing TG feast!
The Bad: overall bad value
1. Tv remotes did not work. The
Main spaces have chargers for the remotes and main living room charger was broken. Batteries missing or dead in master bedroom and other bedroom upstairs. We could not watch Netflix or sadly any football over our Thanksgiving.
2. No shampoo offered, only bars of soap
3. Garage door latch is broken. It is very tricky to open and park inside garage. You have to manhandle the latch essentially so we almost didn’t have parking. No street parking
4. No back yard or patio to speak of. No grill, chairs, hangout area
5. Amazing neighborhood clubhouse, heated pool and, jacuzzi but NO acsess! No keycard left or explanation about the use of services and amenities in this amazing neighborhood. Not so amazing without access.
6. Bring your own pillows. They provide pillows but they were too big and hard for most of us (10)
7. No board games or entertainment options
8. Guidebook/ binder doesn’t explain any of the above.
9. Nest heating system is a nice touch but took us 3 days to figure out. It would be nice to include a manual.

Aug 2020This was a beautiful house.. Plenty of room for the family, if only we didn’t come in the summer it wouldn’t have been so hot! No AC and couldn’t open the windows because the neighbors are taking full advantage of Colorado privileges so my family didn’t want the second hand high.. it continued all day and night, thinking it had to stop at some point, NO... The spiders were a bit much after the fourth one crawling on the floor, I couldn’t put my infant down not knowing when the next will come out. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard so had to re wash everything but the linens were clean and the house was beautiful and had it all accommodations we needed. Weiterlesen

Dec 2016This is a beautiful property in Granby Ranch located right on the hill. It's beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and still had room to spare. The kids loved the loft w/ the 2 queen beds. My only complaint the heat was on 50 degrees when we arrived. So, it was quite a bit cold in the house. It took until dinner to heat up. Also, I found it wasn't the best equipped home in terms of extra blankets or extra rolls of toilet paper. We also couldn't find the key card to use the clubhouse pool and hot tub. I believe the pool is listed as an amenity. I know this is a new rental so maybe they're still figuring it out. Overall, good experience and beautiful home. Weiterlesen

Feb 2022The home was just perfect for all of us. Plenty of beds and they were comfortable with sheets and covers. There was plenty of glasses, silverware and condiments for us to do our cooking, with Covid still going on, the eat out options were a bit limited. The kids loved it as they could ski down from the top to go have lunch and then they'd be able to go back and ski down to a lift to start back up for the afternoon. Jan 2018My family of 5 Slept very comfortably! Everything is new!! Higher end quality, pots & pans, appliances..just like home! For the Guys, powerful subwoofers for top notch A/V for music, movies and sports! Roku, NetFlix and Apple TV. Finally, a house with the necessities. We were caught in the big Christmas snowstorm and we’re delayed arriving. The owners were very supportive of our needs. Jul 2017My family and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed this house. There's lots of room and the location is on the side of a mountain with great views and comfortable temps. The other thing we really liked about this house was it's central mountain location. Just 30 minutes from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park/Grand Lake and 2 hours to Estes Park, Steamboat Springs, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc., we were able to access many great places.
The house itself has many great amenities and is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trails to hike or bike.
My only negative for this house would be that there was no front or rear patio furniture so that we could sit outside and enjoy the mountain air and no grill. Weiterlesen

Mar 2017It had everything we needed for four adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked and there was adequate linens and towels for everyone. There is a lift within walking distance and base camp is a 3 minute drive (.7 miles).

Jan 2019Great cabin with beautiful design, great living space and bedrooms in Granby Ranch. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a loft with 2 queen beds allows up to 10 to sleep in beds which is great for a family to go skiing or hiking or whatever in the mountains. Our family loved the cabin, near Granby Ranch Ski Resort, and secluded enough in the Kicking Horse Development to enjoy the mountains without all of the hustle bustle. Would highly recommend this cabin . Very nicely maintained and complete with modern appliances . Evolve made the process easy to book the cabin. Weiterlesen
