Unser Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von den Toren von Walt Disney World entfernt und können Ihre ganze Familie unterzubringen. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich in der Gated Community von Oakwater und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die 4.000 sq. Clubhaus verfügt über einen großen Lagunen-Pool, Tennis, Volleyball und Basketball, Kinderspielplatz, ein Spielzimmer und ein Fitnesscenter. Condo besteht aus einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, PlayStation 2 und PlayStation 3, kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Diese Wohnung ist auch sehr sauber und die Schädlingsbekämpfung wird alle zwei Monate gemacht, um eine fehlerfreie Umgebung zu gewährleisten. Jul 2011We stayed in June 2011. It was a great experience; you get what you see and more. The house seemed much bigger than the pictures. It was so clean that It even had a "brand-new" smell. All the appliances worked perfectly.
The decoration was very nice (it matters a lot to me because I'm an architect), very Pottery Barn style...
The condo was very quite. Kids were very happy in it. The location is great!!! 7 min drive to Animal Kingdom.
The mattress in the main suite is not good, it's too soft. I would suggest to be changed.
We definitely recommend this condo!
The owners were very pro in all the reservation process. We hope we come back soon!

May 2016We spent Easter week at this wonderful condo at the end of March. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home, relaxed, and completely comfortable. It was very clean and welcoming -- wide open floor plan, lots of windows, balcony, spacious rooms. This place was great for our family of 5 -- our 2 toddlers shared a bedroom, our teenage daughter had her own room, and we had the master suite that we absolutely loved. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location compared to other places in the area that we have stayed. It felt like we were truly at home, not at a busy touristy resort. The owners were fabulous and responded quickly when we had a few small questions while we were there. Our family spent every day at the pool, which was perfect for our children because of the zero entry and shallow area. We even enjoyed spotting a few baby alligators in the pond from our balcony! Apr 2011Well, if you're looking for a family enviroment this is definetelly the best choice ever.The condo is very well localized near by supermarkets, restaurants and of course Disney World. It also offer a great structure including gymnasium, swimming pool, and 24 hours security. The house itself is gorgeous, the decoration is very welll balanced giving us the sensation of "home sweet home" and the it can easilly accomodate 3 couples or a big family. All the 3 rooms are provided with LCD TV with cable TV. The balcony has a great lake view. Relaxing!!!! We just loved the place so we absolutelly RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! What are you waiting for? Jul 2018This home met and exceeded all of our expectations. It was within a 10 minute drive to all Disney theme parks, the amenities at the neighborhood were great, and the house was in great condition and updated. Aug 2011The condo is as shown in the pictures, very clean, big, with a very nice kitchen, a couple of flat TV screens, DVD... I've had a great communication with the owners, as well as the rental company. No complains about it. We arrived late on a sunday but had very clear instructions of what to do, with the numbers for the gate, and the house. Even though we spent most of the day out, it was really a feel of being home when we arrived at night to the condo. No complains about the beds, which were big and soft. What can I say. We had a real good time there. The parks are just a few miles away, and you can find supermarkets very close to the property which was a very good thing as I said that we arrived on a sunday night. Apr 2018Our family of 4 stayed here on our recent trip to Disney. Our kids LOVED it! Everything we needed was there and it was so nice to have the space of a home instead of being cramped in a hotel. Walmart was right around the corner as well as many restaurants. Disney is SUPER close. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub our last day. It is exactly like the pictures and the price was amazing! May 2018Our 5-night stay at Chris & Kelly’s condo made our Orlando vacation special. The home was clean and stocked with the basics, including all the essentials to cook (which we did). The condo was only 5 min to Walmart, 13 min to Disney, 10 min to Target and casual/formal dining, and 15 min to International Drive (where practically everything is located). The clubhouse staff were super friendly and helpful, especially upon our arrival. The hot tub and pool were nice features- our 2 year old continues to ask about going to the pool. :)
I gave this property a 4-star for the following reasons:
1. The beds were extremely hard although the pillows were comfy.
2. It took roughly 2 hours to get checked in after a 6-hour drive to Orlando. The access info wasnt in the reservation booking attachment letter and when we asked the property management company for the info we were told that the owners handled everything but Chris and Kelly were out of the States. After multiple attempts, we finally obtained access. This was headache to say the least upon arrival. Nevertheless, our overall experience was great and I would recommend this property for sure! We have a trip to Orlando in early July 2018 which we hope the property is available! Thanks Chris and Kelly for sharing your vacation home with us! Please try to correct those things mentioned so the next vacationers will have a smooth process! Weiterlesen

There are several restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The family loved the pool , your home was very big and the children loved the bedrooms in your home just wonderful.

Dec 2010I travel a lot and I have to admit that this resort is one of the best one I've stayed in so far. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Exactly how we expected it and maybe even better. Very modern and clean. There was a master bedroom (matress in king bed very bad!) with a huge bathroom aside from this other bathroom they had!
We (my wife and me only) spent 10 days in Oakwater resort in a 3 bedroom townhome and loved it. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. Great property and location... Also, it is very near commercial market place and one can eat or buy groceries. Lots of different restaurents and no issues as far as finding a place to eat is concerned.
Best part of this deal was that the staff is very courteous. Once you check in, they leave you alone unless you contact them. They are very helpful whenever any information or help is needed from them. All in all a great comfortable experience. Hightly recommend it to anybody going on vacation
The condo was very nice and clean. The location was quiet and very convenient. The pool was nice . Impressive Club House. There was \no table on our balcony and no chairs, had to pull kitchen chairs outside. We're going to make reservation for same period 2011.

More than enough space for my family of 4.The master bedroom faces the lake and the sunrises above the lake. Absolutely beautiful. Chris and Kelly were more than helpful through the whole process.
