Unser Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Lake Havasu City im Süden, in der Nähe der Innenstadt und mehrerer Startpunkte im Süden (Buckskin oder Cattail Cove) und im Norden (Windsor). Selbst in Stoßzeiten benötigen Sie 5-10 Minuten, um vom Haus in die Innenstadt zu fahren.
Unser Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine gepflasterte Auffahrt mit 60-Zoll-Stellplätzen für Wohnmobile, einen 30-A-Service, einen eingebauten Pool, einen Gasgrill im Freien und einen großen Hinterhof, der mit einem Sichtschutzzaun mit Kettengliedern gesichert ist .
In unserem Haus können 6 Erwachsene oder bis zu 8 Personen bequem schlafen, wenn zwei auf der Queensize-Luftmatratze schlafen (elektrische Luftpumpe vorhanden). Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Kommode, eine Kommode und 2 Nachttische. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode und 2 Nachttische. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett und eine Kommode. In allen 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es beleuchtete Deckenventilatoren.
Internet und Kabel ist vorhanden; Es gibt 3-Flachbildfernseher im ganzen Haus ... 1 im Wohnzimmer, eine weitere im Hauptschlafzimmer und die dritte im Schlafzimmer # 2. Ein großer runder Tisch im Speisesaal bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen und 3 weitere Personen an der Bar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch, einen übergroßen Stuhl und einen Liebessitz. Eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Kühlschrank, ein Elektroherd, ein Geschirrspüler und eine Müllentsorgung sind in der Küche vorhanden. Apr 2022We stayed for two months and loved every minute at Steve and Darlene’s great property. It was super clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of soft towels for the bathrooms as well. The outdoor space was so relaxing and private. Nice lounge chairs, beautiful pool (unheated, but didn’t deter the grandkids), tables, chairs..more than enough space when having company. And the weather was spectacular the whole time there. A couple of things came up and were promptly taken care of.

Jul 2020This place exceeded our expectation. The place was very clean, beds where soft, showers even had shampoo , conditioner and body soap. The owners truly thought of everything in this home! Everything was very organized and even labeled. All u need is your clothing and toothbrushes! Will def stay here again and have already told friends about this place so they can enjoy this awesome affordable pool home!

Sep 2020This house was super clean and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It was a plus they provide shampoo and conditioner not cheap suave brand either. Kitchen has almost everything, the only thing I wish it had were lids for the pots and pans, we did improvise and it worked out. We will definitely stay here again.

I liked that we didnt need a key to get in was a little disappointed we didnt have access to the garage since my mom is elderly and i recently had surgery on my knee. It would have been easier for us to get in and out. all the rooms were nice and the beds comfortable, But the TVs were too small. Well I think there should be at least a bigger one in the livingroom.
The house stayed nice and cool despite 120° outside. The pool was perfect for cooling off and floating around. But I think Steve & Darlene should mention somewhere where they keep the pool toys and just my opinion i think they should add a couple of sets of childrens arm floaties you can get them for $1 at the dollar store. And a cheap hand air pump would be awesome too , it was hell blowing up the pool toys by mouth.
There was 3choices for coffee. Keurig, folgers, and instant folgers. Very happy about that
And a full size shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap was provided for guests in both bathrooms. All and all we had a nice stay.

Jul 2019The house was better in person then what you can see from the pictures. It's stocked with everything you need. The carpet was really soft and the towels and sheets were also really soft. The pool was kept at a cool temp. so it was nice and refreshing. I highly recommend this house for a nice get away.
The only thing that could be a problem for someone is that you have no garage access but that didn't bother us.

Jul 2020The house itself had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The check in process was quick and easy. As well as the check out process. The pool was perfect. Even in the +105 weather. Would definitely suggest staying here to friends and family.

Jul 2020Overall great home with pool. Owner was very nice and kept communication with us. House was located in a nice neighborhood, minutes away from the lake. It had a private yard, which was nice. Owners had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely rent this house again.

Jun 2022Nice clean comfy house. Small pool but big enough to cool off. The neighborhood is quiet. A few miles from downtown but a 20 minute drive from Lakeside action.
