Der Hinterhof dieses Hauses ist ein Urlaub RETREAT mit einem großen, funkelnden Pool, einem wunderschön angelegten Hinterhof und einer 45-Fuß-Holzstangen-Terrasse, die Ihnen an heißen Sommertagen viel Schatten spendet! Es gibt auch viel Liegewiese zum Sonnenbaden:)
In den kühleren Monaten verfügt der Pool über eine Solarabdeckung (zum Heizen) mit einer einfachen Rolle! Die Solarabdeckung dient zum Beheizen des Pools von April, Mai bis Oktober (manchmal bis in den November hinein). Es erhöht die Poolwassertemperatur um 10-12 Grad und es entstehen keine Heizkosten für unsere Gäste! Die durchschnittliche Beckenwassertemperatur im April (mit Sonnenschutz) beträgt 75-80. Mai ist 78-84. Einfach die Abdeckung tagsüber abrollen und nachts wieder auf den Pool rollen, um die Hitze des Tages zu bewahren:)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit all Ihren kulinarischen Bedürfnissen. Wir liefern Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee & Filter, Gewürze, Folie, Baggies und viele andere Dinge, die Sie zum Kochen in der Küche benötigen. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für sieben Personen und der Kühlschrank hat eine Eismaschine in der Tür:) Esstisch im Freien für 6 Personen.
Es gibt vollen Zugang zur Tiefgarage mit zwei Booten und einem gesicherten 40-Fuß-Parkplatz an der Seite des Hauses (die den größten Teil des Tages im Schatten liegt). Sep 2020you will be screened before final approval and lots of rules to follow while your stay, but we had an overall good experience. The drive way is a bit short to park your boat and trailer , atleast for our set up, but we made it work. We are happy overall with the experience. The owner was thoughtful on the home set up, appearance, decorations, amities, and resources available.

the property. This house is immaculately maintained & organized. Has
everything you will need down to the last detail. I could not find a
spec of dirty my whole stay. Even the backyard was exceptionally clean
AND the garage. Soft music was playing & lights were on when I walked
in. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and pool is HUGE (bigger
than it looks in pics). Best part is the amazing log pole patio, makes
you feel like you're at a resort. Backyard is very private. Beds were
sooo comfortable!! Overall I would say this is the nicest, cleanest
house I've rented in Havasu (and great price) and I rent a lot of homes here, The owner Cyndi was
fantasic and responded quickly to questions. Had a relaxing stress-free
stay!

Jun 2022We very much enjoyed staying in Cyndi's house, she had all the amenities we needed, beds are super comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. The house is beautifully landscaped and pool was warm and inviting. We would go there again for sure and would recommend it to all our friends.

May 2021Went to Havasu to stay with family for about a week. When one of the family members had some medical setbacks, my cousin and I decided to stay in our own accommodations. I've gotten spoiled with VRBO because of the comfort a private home or condo gives you over a hotel. We knew it would be hot so I decided to look for a home with a private pool. What a gem this house is! It was way more than our expectations. The layout of house was great and all the furniture inside was very comfortable as well as the beds. The master has a lovely walk in closet. And the house was extremely clean and well kept and no problems with any of the appliances and air conditioning, The outside yard was the bomb! I always look for comfy outside furniture and Cyndi delivered with every chair, lounge, swing, etc having deep cushions. And it had a very nice covered porch. The landscaping was pristine and tasteful and the pool was awesome. Cyndi provided some fun floaties and of course we made good use of them. We've decided that renting a home with a private pool is now the way to go! We spent most every night outside watching the colors and sunsets. Our host also had an array of brochures of activities and eateries. She was easy and quick to communicate with. We were a out about 4 miles from the London Bridge which made it short access for sights and restaurants but away from the hubbub for quiet mornings and nights. In fact, the neighborhood was particularly peaceful all day. Close to a Smiths/Fred Meyer for all your needs. This is a place we would definitely rebook if we return. You will not be disappointed.

Jul 2020We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We come down to Havasu once or twice per year and will be using one of Cyndi’s properties, if not this one, again. Everything was extremely clean, easy to use, plenty of instruction on where things were or how to use the amenities. Cyndi was more than accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. From the pool to cornhole to the bbq and everything else it was perfect. Do yourself a favor and rent from Havasu Hideaway!

Oct 2019The home checked all the boxes for what we wanted. Cyndi was there when we showed up. She showed us everything and answered any questions. She was really great. The house was in a great location. The area was quiet and peaceful. The home itself was outstanding and spotless. We enjoyed staying there to unplug and just relax for 9 days. The backyard living area with pool and large covered patio was to die for. We did a lot of grilling and swimming with napping in the shade. Lake Havasu has so much to do and see. I highly recommend this fantastic home if your interested in the area for vacation or just a short get away. My wife and I will be booking here again on our next trip.

Beds were so comfy (regret not looking to see what kind of mattresses they were) and only a few minutes from shopping and the Lake. 5/5 recommend, and will very likely stay with this property management company again.
