Ancient City International Youth Hostel

The location and the support from the staff. I loved when one staff helped me to take the subway from the hostel. She wrote in a paper the details in Chinese and it really helped me to reach railway station to catch the train for Beijing :) Thank you so much!

Just behind the metro station, on the main street, close to the main spots in Xian. You can choose to go explore the city by walk, hostel is in the center. Welcome was really good, staff speaks english and give map, tips and useful infos. Dorm was big, clean and comfortable, with lockers . Toilette were also clean and big, showers good as well. You feel comfortable and welcome. It was a really good stay.

It’s a pity the concept to don’t provide toilette paper, otherwise it would be perfect!

It's exactly how it's advertised. The location is less than a 5-minute walk from Bei Da Jie Metro Station which makes it at the center of everything. The lobby is very traditional and features Chinese design elements. The staff was nice and warm. They have a bar and restaurant inside with a great selection of food if you don't feel like going out. The bed is so spacious and the comforter is really nice since I went in winter. I will choose Ancient Youth Hostel again should I go back to Xi'an.

Great hostel, super large rooms, great location and a pool table. It doesn't get any better.

The buses have changed when going to see the terracotta warriors. So make sure you find updated info.
