Mar 2023What i liked about the stay , were the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were okay..
They had a cafe which offered decent food at good. Rates. Wifi was present.
Generally good location too.
- The towels were fresh. however there were multiple stains on them.
- The allotted room has that smell of a closed room. Atleast they should make sure that the room is of fresh air when renting out
-Wifi wasnt the strongest or fastest

Very clean rooms with the most comfy bed and had no complains there.
The restaurant has very tasty food and nice friendly staff.
The location is perfect provided you have a car/2-wheeler. Or else it is a long walk to the beach. And cab drivers charge alot for a 3 min journey to the beach.
Only drawback was most balconies in the hotel don't have a view. Only a selected ones have an amazing view. So it is subject to luck and availability. But upon my request I got a nice view at the second night of my stay.
The rooms without balcony are a little too compact. Not ideal if you like to stay-in for a long time.

Mar 2022The apartment is spacious and very clean. The location is ideal as it’s away from the busy Main Street and within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. The food is incredibly good with simple options to choose from and the cafe staff are really helpful and pleasant.
The bathroom and bedroom is quite dated but it was sufficient for our short stay.
Worth every penny.

Nov 2021Super clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, tasty good served food. All well organized and decorated. Cozy swimming pool, closed from others views. Really enjoyed being there.

Dec 2022Staff was perfect,specialy Manager Mangit was very helpful,give us many usefull information,hotel is within 15 mintues of Arambol beach, its kinda commercial beach with lot of good resturant,you can swim and relax at beach. Next you can find lake that has amazing view.around of hotel there are many shops that you can find all type of fruites and local food.traffic is horrible! So its better rent a bike and see other nearby beaches.you can find some cafes for night life activity with live music.for ordering food even you tell NO SPICY , you will get spicy :). Arambol was reasonbly Safe, other beaches also safe and more local culture.

Not great, not terrible. The price is too high for the service you get.
Feb 2022Rooms are cosy, good furniture, bed and sheets. Restroom is also comfortable(except hot water problems). Hotel itself is in a quiet place, bot close to the bus stand and all infrastructure. There is a swimming pool.
-Water boiler didn't work. Or it did, but only for 1-2 minutes. So it was impossible for 2 people to take shower one right after another.
-EXTREMELY loud housekeepers. You won't be able to sleep in the early morning. Also drunk hotel guests shouting in the night in weekends.
-Breakfast was not included, and its price is way much higher than any local restaurant(like, x2). Just take a 10-min walk to the beach and eat there.
-Once we've asked if we could invite our guests to join us beside the pool if they order something in the restaurant. Of course! - said manager. And then we discover that hotel's kitchen is separate business and you still have to pay 500Rs. for every person comes. FYI other pools ask, like, 100-150 Rs per person.
