The rooms and staff were very friendly.

they should improve the breakfast menu

the only thing I like the staff who are in the place. specially the staff in reception, how they always greet us with smile face. and also the chef who comes to greet us in morning buffet, also a lovely person. thanks team zifan 🤛🏻

would say no to it. because of the staff kindness make me forget all other things. I don’t know much about the management but would say that the staffs are very kind and and humble.

the location was good, staff was extremely humble and nice. room size was also fine. very friendly and family atmosphere. although i stayed alone, but if i will come with my family to visit Karachi, i will stay in this hotel.

cupboard was having slight smell, might be because it was closed for longer time Food was too oily.

The location They try to be nice

Untrained staff, there was no one in the hotel who is properly trained to be in hospitality industry. They have a make arrangement for kitchen so I am not sure about the cleanliness. People working there seems like they are either students doing part-time work or workers picked up from the street.

The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful specifically housekeeping staff Mr. Mokhtar Ahmad and his team is really taking care!

for me over all good based on the location. ut the wifi needs to be improved the signals are not good in guest rooms specifically in the room 703

The cleanliness was good at the hotel. It had good energy.

The behaviour of staff at the reception and them making faces and smirking smiling at us, it was very uncomfortable for us. I was very annoyed and irritated by the staff member Mukhtiyar calling and waking us for breakfast. It should be guests choice. Also please have a "DO NOT DISTURB" tag outside the doors for room service. We asked room service not to knock for the time being, then Mr Mukhtiyar came and asked us to leave the room for a bit so they can clean which is extremely intruding behaviour.

Staff is excellent and cooperative ...service is excellent...rooms are clean in city like Karachi its very calm area although its located on very busy road ..easily accessible to all major areas of city...online riding facilities are available round the clock...food is nice ..

There management attitude is not cooperative..we have a little kid with us and we have a problem in feeding and I asked management to cook noodles and other item Initially they refused that hotel has no policy about but very difficulty convince there staff to cook these simple items for our kid ...that's the problem we face in this hotel ...in morning breakfast buffet there are so much items but some dishes tastes are not so tasty but variety of items are available to eat

Response time from operator is poor. Dirty telephone, side table very dirty. Water was dripping from A/C unit. Very eager or rush to snatch the money.

They are totally unprofessional, Not sure about there hotel policy, Staff is doesn't have hospitality training,

Staff response on complains was not good. Food stuff was so so not up to the mark.

Called for laundry 3 times but no one came. Breakfast was average I highly suggest to change chef. Half fry eggs were served but when i asked for salt and Black pepper no body gave me.
