An excellent spot in the middle of Shinsaibashi
Nov 2022The location was extremely close to the station, which made it convenient to travel around. The room was clean and the beds were tidy. The breakfast buffet in the morning is definitely worth paying for, since there is a lot of variety and it tastes really good.
The only thing I would suggest is to improve the payment facility to accept a wider range of debit cards. I was prepared to pay with mine but the machine wouldn't accept it so I had to use my credit card to pay. They are a strictly cashless facility, so bear that in mind before check-in.

May 2022The location is very good. Close to Shinsaibashi station and Nagahoribashi station but it’s quiet. staffs are nice. I love there are Mangas at the lobby (Japanese). There are mashing machines at 2nd floor. A lot of free amenities such as face mask, face cream, teas, hair treatment…

Jan 2023Spotlessly clean, great location in Shinsaibashi but yet in a quiet lane, very easy access of 1 min to Shinsaibashi station entrance , coin laundry and ice machine on the 2nd floor .

Oct 2022short walk to two stations and main shopping and eating area in shinsaibashi yet tranquil. the sushi shop recommended by the staff around the hotel corner is superb. comfy bed and clean. great value for money. the hotel access instruction thoughtfully leads you to take the escalator at the nearest exit. there is also a lift a minute walk away in case you are loaded with big luggages.

Nov 2022Self-service check in/ check out machines available which shorten check out time a lot. Still, you can easily find hotel staff at reception to help. Clean room, good location. Everything is good.
