Roof's pool is not included in the price of accommodation. Coffee machines are not working for 2 days. Hotel is too far from public transportation. No shampoo, no tissue, no slippers.

Because we didn’t expect the apartment to not have a phone to call the reception . Then what’s the point having a reception counter

The room was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that is normal for almost any hotel. There is a shop in the lobby that sells some basic goods, but you don't go on holiday to eat convenience store food. Well, most people don't.

The shower was interesting (like a pit) but took a long time to drain so you have to stand in a puddle of your washings before you step out. The temperature controls were labeled the wrong way, and there was no temperature limit so someone could easily burn themselves. The walls are paper thin we could clearly hear the people on the other side of the wall. Had to remind them to bring towels on the first night. The front desk is not 24/7 and they don't inform you. We had an early flight and had to leave without our deposit because nobody was at the front desk. Also, the location is not great, you can't walk to any malls, you have to take a taxi or Grab everywhere. Lastly, you have to pay extra to use the pool and gym. So be prepared for plenty of hidden costs if you book this place. I have given them 3 days to refund my deposit and to date, I have yet to receive it, very disappointing. Beware of what you are in for, if you still choose to book this place.

The rooftop swimming pool need to pay to enter it. I was not been informed/mentioned in the details that I need to pay for it.

Such a quiet place really enjoy for relaxing ..

No place for hanger clothe at the bath room,NO tisu box and just a little disappoited only 1 mirrow at the toilet so juat waste time for waiting olther ppl finished shower than only can doing skin care and makeup .
