Jan 2022The room is spacious for that price
At first the aircon in room 642 isn't working, after we call receptionist they send staff to check and it can't be fixed so we request for another room to the staff but they said all rooms already booked that night. After that we call the receptionist and explain the problems and guess what? They OFFER us a new room. Why the staff that check our room said they already full booked? Why they not suggest to ask receptionist? And in room 648 we can't lock the door and also in room 642 the floor sounds cracking

Sep 2022Staff was very nice and helpfull. An extensive breakfast and everything tasted very nice. Pool was also good!
Noisy hotel on a busy street. Lots of motorcycles in the middle of the night that kept us awake, even when we slept on the 6th floor. Breakfast-erea is on the 7th floor, that olso kept us awake. Besides that the prayers of the mosk were very loud in the middle of the night. Hotel is poorly maintained and the room was not lean, like spots on the wall, plastic hanging from the vent shaft, bathroom of our non smoking room smelled like smoke all day.

Jan 2022Rooms have faulty windows which will end you in sleepless night as its near the road. Motorbike sounds can be heard inside especially in the night when everything is quiet!!!
