The room size was good enough The view was nice Easy access from parking to the room

The sofas wasn’t clean The massage chair was dirty and has some holes The bed wasn’t satisfying as a 5 star hotel it looks like you’re in the 70s, not smoth enough, the room had some flowers in the floor as decoration from the previous person… the bathtub not comfortable The breakfast restaurant need more options and bread and pastries should be covered with covid situation Someone should check the room before giving it to the traveler They asked me to move to a room was prepared for honeymooners with a cake inside! Imagine how long this cake is there

The property is very classy. The staff is very kind and professional. The hotel facilities as well as location are excellent. The complementary benefits that the hotel is offering are great !!! The location is absolutely prime. I would definitely come back again.

The cleanliness of the windows needs some improvement. The bathroom maintenance should be conducted as the toilet and bath accessories were leaking water. However, it was not that bad
