The vicinity and how it's near SM Clark nothing else and maybe the free water? Staffs are nice.

It is so loud. You can literally hear everything. People are always talking so loud late night and very early. There's a disco beside it? It is a nightmare unless you are a party person and okay with very loud music till late in the evening. The shower is so weird. The knob is so high, you cannot reach it if you are small. No handsoap. No shampoo. We asked and we were given a small bottle though. I will not recommend it at all.

Their male staffs plus the lady in the front desk , the following morning, was nice compared to the front desk officer when we checked in. Also , the lady housekeeping staff on that following morning was so kind and helpful. I forgot to ask her name but she was very nice to us. I was supposed to give 2 stars rating but because of these people, I decided to give it a better rating.

I contacted the hotel few days before check in to confirm how much is the total fee upon arrival. When we arrived at the location. The front desk officer assigned that day was not so polite. Telling me I need to pay additional fee for 1 child. She could've explained that to me in a nice way. I showed her the exchange of conversation I had with the hotel and finally she agreed with me. Take note. She doesn't even smile. Nor greet customer. I mean. C'mon. A simple "good afternoon won't hurt". But she was pregnant so I was nice to her. When it comes to their room. It was clean and neat. However, the aircon was not as cold as I expected. The swimming pool was clean as well. Plus they have designated smoking area. They do not serve foods. So you need to bring your own food. Plus there is no landline inside the room. So if you need something you have to walk to the front desk.
