Oct 2022Their food is just marvellous, even the complimentary breakfast. We got the opportunity to try out the local cusine also from the in room dining menu. In one word just an excellent stay with my friends.

No toiletries dirty towel after repeated requests
No room heater available at first later was charged 400/- misleading information like distance from Darjeeling mall is much greater than mentioned distance 250 meters almost 1km. No lifts available as mentioned in website. Worst ever room service received, no one is there in reception maximum time. Much more to say but really hate to remember the experience thus would like to skip this part...
