The service provided by the staff was good. According to the amount spent on the booking the hotel is overall good. Also it is in walkable distance from the market.

The rooms were small as compared to shown in the picture. We also had pay additional INR600 for early check-in and that amount is not mentioned in the invoice. There was no elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor.

The service by staff member yusuf as he was support and given very good service.

As shown in picture the room was not given and also according to room interior the price was high.

The room size is pretty good, facilities are very good, staff is very helpful

The area has a parking issue because of the location. A common parking has to be used which is around 100 m from the location. The road side parking is not adequate

maintenance and hospitality only single staff for all three floors.Yousuf (the only one ) staff was doing his work at its best but I felt lack of attention towards basic likes rooms cleanliness, maintenance like furniture and curtains and floor was not even cleaned.no hot water we have to ask each day and it’s only available in morning 1 to 2 buckets.can be one of the good property as it’s location is convenient for me as it’s too close to main market.please check all basic things are functioning and give your gust at least basic satisfaction

The caretaker Yusuf was quite humble and helpful. Went out of the way to help us. The hotel is located close to the main market.

A single breakfast option was available. Rooms were damp and smelled wierd. Parking space was not available at the hotel. Had to park away from the hotel at a common parking space.

Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean.

No amenities like play area for kids and swimming pool. Could have included these for the rate charged.

Location near by is open mutton shop, slum area, no intercom service, no staff for room cleaning.

Room was smelling, Different from pics, Bad service, cost was too much, Even basic service like water also not clean, We will get tea after 1 hour of ordering, They want prebooking money in advance so that if we want to change hotel next day we should pay all money...not only that they charged 2500..but quality is like 600rs lodge. Even breakfast taste is not hood..I think bad idea of choosing that hotel.Bathroom was also smelling like hell..Itchy bef
