The location. You can find fast food nearby. The convenience store and restaurants is around the corner.

The bathroom. The shawer area is not clean. It looks loke did not scrab or rub the wall for months.

The location was strategic with shops easily found nearby. Clean and super fast respond to request.

unprofessional receptionist! we change almost 3 room in a day but end up receiving the bad room as the first one! at the first room the carpet floor was wet the second room the water heater not functioning at all then the third room is very dirty and there’s a smoke smell on the bed linen , the the next day the executives room door cannot lock at all which is very dangerous if you have valuable stuff ! each time we ask for a change of room they didn’t even try to check weather it is okay or not and when I say about it they don’t even bother to take it seriously and just giving a face both woman and a guy in the receptionist! She even just say ‘ oh yes coz it’s online booking so the pictures were nice ‘ I feel cheated for this matter , like I expect it will be the same like the picture we will be staying! end up our stay there is very uncomfortable! I won’t stay there anymore!

Got holes at the bathroom ceiling 🤔. There are only a few food options during breakfast. Sometimes there is no hot water in the bathroom. No wifi???

The hotel is located at the center of Tawau. Got both sea & city view. It doesn't take much time to check in and out. The breakfast was okay, not much choice. Breakfast available from 6.30-9.30am.

The cleanliness needs to improve. When we arrived, there was a smoking odour at the entrance of our room, the carpet was not so clean, the bathroom/toilet smelled probably due to water, the table was dusty, and we found a used feminine hygiene product in the wardrobe. We booked for 3 but got 2 towels & 2 mineral water so we requested another one. The housekeeping was prompt in action. There was no iron in the room, have to request for it too. Probably because we checked in early, that was why the room was not so clean. But then the reception could have just inform us to wait for the room to be ready.

Please clean the room for the guest! please change the bedsheet and the pillow case for the next guest. I'm not paying for dirty bedsheets. Ini ketara bah bantal bau hamis, peluh orang aduh. I have to ask for a new pillow duhh

This is not my 1st time here. Its like my 4th or 5th time. The same problem keep happening. 1. Wifi is not working properly. Called receptionist and they said will look into it. Yet problem not solve. So i decided to used my own mobile data. 2. Breakfast taste bland. My daughter said taste like nothing. 3. The staff seems reluctant to give me the food. I need to ask three times. For the 3rd time... i am kinda annoy already. 4. Fridge is not working and smelly. May be this will be my last time staying here. I had enough experience with them.
