location was not easily reachable by vehicle, owner was arrogant, there was some fights in night in some other room.

Chose the rooms because the booking.com displayed a discount of around 2500 rupees. Thought it would be a great deal but got scammed. Rude staff. Rooms doesn’t look like in the website. Had to trek uphill with old parents for 10 mins to reach the hotel. Rooms are dirty, old and no heating. To put heating, extra 500 rupees was asked. When asked to request for taxi to see around the area, 500 extra was charged than the market price. Also, the staffs asked advance for everything and said we could not be trusted. Pathetic staff, especially one of the staff. Absolutely gutted that we had to spent the night there, because it was too late and had no other option.

When I entered the hotel they receptionist gave me stare that was so disgusting because i was from other nation.

Location was good.

In the website of the hotel it said that breakfast was complementary, but no breakfast was provided to us by the hotel.

Location was good in terms of connectivity to Mall road, issue is cabs don't go till that location. We need to walk approx 500 mtrs to reach the hotel....with luggage it gets difficult.

Big Spiders gave me horror there, also, the spider web on the corners of the bed and bathroom walls.

Hospitality of this hotel is very nice. I hope they'll serve continues as they sarve.

Except location nothing was good.

Inadequate staff, mismanagement, power failure, unavailability of running water, unhygienic, untidy room etc are key features of this hotel. I had to call oyo for availing the facility of every basic amenities and had to wait for long. If u want to beg for the facilities which supposed to be provided and make your trip miserable, opt this hotel. This hotel claims to be 3* rated but it's worse than cheap hotels as far as management and other said aspects are concern. A cook has been made responsible for managerial duty. He along with customers look helpless and clueless. Property owner will only give u fake assurance and silly excuses. This hotel to be named as 'Bhagwan Bharose' hotel indeed. Big no for this hotel in future.
