May 2022we stayed in triple bed mountain view room which was massive and lavish. very clean. polite and helpful staff. excellent location. walking distance from mall and good restaurants.

Room size was small.. there was something wrong with the drainage system.. the stink was coming in the room. Se had to use the common bathroom at the reception. The staff is courteous and prompt no contains on that front. However the buffet was taking long to get replenished. I wouldn't want to come back.

Jan 2023The staff were really polite and were very responsive to our requests, with special mention to Sovit from the kitchen and Prajakta and Sneha from the Reception.
The only concern was the Wifi speed which was sporadic.

Most of things in menu card was not available. Everytime we placed an order some or the other things were not available.
The stay was not as good as expected but the staff is extremely polite.
Apr 2022The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The location is great, and is just a 5-10 mins walk from mall road. The breakfast was okayish. There was no salt in the chutney and there was no live counter for food.
The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but has no pool, gym, or bar. They do not have a temperature control for the rooms. No fridge in most rooms. The toilet is not spacious and they do not have a car park in the premises.

The room could've been a bit more spacious and it would've been better if it had a king size bed instead of queen size.

Oct 2021The room we booked as per booking.com website was not provided. Instead a room like servants room was provided. Untidy washroom. There was no water for 10hours after 11pm. After several calls to housekeeping & reception, nothing was done. The reply from them was "maintenance will do ".. Is it our job to inform maintenance and get the job done ???
Moreover, while checking out we requested reception to send someone for taking down our luggage, we waited for 15min, noone came. I went to take a cab for going to some other location. My wife had to bring all the luggages by herself.. Worst ever hospitality.

Mar 2021The full hotel is being newly renovated with a new extended hanging restaurant & a new rooftop garden lounge.
Because the hotel is under renovation & due to the dull in business for Covid, they attend flying customers and due to this they may call you on your day of arrival several times and when you reach near the property they will try to shift you at there other sister concern hotels which are a bit off the location.
Good rooms for 1/2 night stay.

Housekeeping and services were a little late. Had to call 4 times to get 2 bottles of water. Maybe that's because of the peak season..the whole hotel was overloaded. They should increase their staffs.
